I used Monarch last year to clear my expensive carpet. They were recommended to me by the company who installed the carpet. Brad Thurman didn’t do a good job, he left a gummy residue on a couple spots on my carpet and would not come out to resolve it unless I signed a paper stating he had been here. And demanded cash because I had to cancel the check I wrote him for a job not well done. Turned him into better business Bureau. The company that recommended him is not recommending him anymore. He hung up on my husband so I tried to talk to his wife to work it out with them and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
