Kruse Images and Photography is a Seattle area photography company that specializes in outdoor portrait photography. Everything from family pictures, maternity and newborn photos, business head shots, parties, coroporate events, sports, and weddings. By bringing people outside of the studio we catch more natural and comfortable photos of everyone involved. We also do shoots at private schools, or businesses in order to update webpages and brochures. Shauna Kruse, the owner has over 10 years of professional experience, and loves working with people of all ages. We are flexible with our shoots and love to have creative input from customers. History

Established in 2009.

Shauna Kruse has over 10 years of professional photography experience. The first eight were spent in the tourist industry working for someone else taking pictures of vacationing families at ski resorts, boats and more. It was high paced and unusual work, but gave Shauna an unusual on the job training for photography. She finally branched out on her own and has since enjoyed working expanding her work into everything from head shots, corporate parties, shoots for private academies, maternity, newborn, weddings and more!

Shauna has always had a passion for photography, ever since she received her first camera at 8 years old. She often finds herself looking at the world :“through the lens” even when she doesn’t have a camera in her hand. She is passionate about what she does and loves capturing those special moments in people’s lives with photography. She has been in the business for over 10 years with an unusual on the job training working in the tourist industry taking photos. She started her own business so that she would have a chance to share her love of photography with others and give people a different quality of photography than a lot of other photographers out there. When you use her services you will find that she puts her customers at ease and makes them smile so that you end up with genuinely beautiful photos.
