I am typically unorganized in my life with my own tax stuff. Thank you for always taking care of my stuff in such an expedient manner. I was surprised when I saw the last review, nothing like my experience or the experience of any of the people I have referred to you. Again, thank you so much.

Louise is very nice, I went to her to do my amended taxes from three years back. I paid her $ 450 and she told me it would take 8 – 12 weeks to receive my money. So when week 15 came around I went to the IRS office to find out what’s going on. The IRS office informed me that Louise had did my taxes incorrectly and therefor would not receive anything until it is fixed. I went ahead and resubmitted the taxes on my own without DD helping. I went back to the office to talk to the owner about this to let her know that she did everything incorrectly and I needed my money back. Louise was not there that day so I spoke to her son who also works there. Her son being so rude and argumentative. Kept on telling that the IRS was being lazy and anal. He insisted that he couldn’t do anything about it until his mothers comes back. So I made an appointment to see Louise and she only refunded me back $ 250. I will definitely not recommend anyone to do their taxes here.
