Still reporting my Loan that I processed through a BK. I have talked to them 3 times over the phone about this issue and still no results. So now I guess I’ll have to go in person and I will STAY until it is removed. In the mean time I will talk to all their customers that come in to keep myself entertained. It’s time they realize that you can try and bully people but let’s see how well they do to my face. Bet they aren’t Keyboard Warriors and Phone Giants then.
Call me Little Bo Beep. These are My Sheep. They have lost their way. I’ll straighten it out. The Sheep are done playing games with Bo Beep. And if they keep giving me the run around then Little Bo Peep gonna come back with the Big Bad Wolf in Court and I’ll own their little Company.
What they are doing is illegal and I have VERY deep pockets these days.

I don’t know why this company doesn’t have a million horrible reviews!!! I hate this company! Beware. Every time that I call the staff is very rude and un professional I even spoke to the «supervisor» and when my phone dropped the call for bad service I never received a call back. They are always making excuses for why things aren’t they way they are supposed to be. They charge you to make one time payments and run your monthly payment as one time even though you have already signed up for a recurring payment which only requires a 4 $ processing fee and not 7 $ for a one time. I always get the run around and even when making an early payment I have to pay a 7 $ fee. This is ridiculous. Word of advise to anyone and everyone do not use this company. EVER.

Do I have to give a star? This is the worse credit place hands down. In 2012 my husband filed bankruptcy and one loan was with them from 2010. These people after words went and got a judgment suing him for the past loan that was included in BK. We never received any paper work saying there was a judgment and just found out about it recently as they were posting it to his credit as though it is a debt still owed. It reflects on his credit as it is still active account and no included in BK. The company refuses to remove it and when we call they tell us they don’t report to the credit company and can not remove it. JUST A SHADEY PLACE

I do not appreciate this company’s loan shark tactics. My car was totaled in an accident that was no fault of my own. My insurance company stated that they would pay the car off. The accident was in October, and the insurance company paid them a payment of $ 2,993 at the beginning of December. I received a call from Aaron Kelso who works in their office. He was very rude and kept telling me that we didn’t make a payment. I advised him that yes, they did get a payment from MY insurance company, that I pay for. Mr Kelso explained that yes, they did get that payment, but I didn’t make that payment the insurance company did so therefore it didn’t count as a monthly payment and that I had to pay them. I tried to explain that we had to purchase a new car and that we don’t have the means to make another payment to them. That they would get more money from the insurance company in the month of January to pay the car off. He became noticeably agitated and snapped at me. Very rude and unprofessional when he told me to borrow the money from a relative to make my payment.
I received another email from Mr Kelso who claimed that I have ignored all other previous attempts to contact me regarding the payment for my car loan. I had not gotten any other letters or emails from this man so that was false. He went on to say that if I didn’t have payment of $ 1075 in their office by 1÷27÷2014 that they would be seeking leagal actions against me and garnishing my wages. I contacted my insurance company who then sent me an email stating that a check was being issued to their company in the amount of $ 1,000 and I forwarded that to Mr Kelso. That was Monday 1÷20÷2014… Mr Kelso just called me asking where the $ 1,000 check was. I told him that the insurance company is in Maryland and they are having snow storms so I suppose that it may take some time to get here. He then went on to tell me that my payment of $ 75.00 thru their online system was rejected by his manager because it was not the full amount owed. I told him I sent him PROOF that a check was on its way so I paid the remaining balance of $ 75.00 like a responsible person. To which he replied I still owed over $ 400 dollars in interest that they now want to know when that can be paid. They have already turned me over to the credit agency stating that I have not made a payment in over 100 days and they have already retained legal council so that they could take me to court and garnish my wages.
I told him that I would dispute the claim that they had not received a payment because they have and again he said the payment from MY insurance company that I pay for does not count.
