This business fails to realize that local customers «choose» to shop at their store because we want to support the commuinty. It’s not because they are God’s gift to the plumbing world. If we’re honest, it is more of a «transaction of mercy» and without local customers their business would go belly up.
My main issue with this place is the attitude of the staff. It is to the point where it is comical. If you shop here be prepared to be stared at, talked down to, and treated like they are doing YOU a favor for experiencing their existince.
I’ve shopping here for 10 years. Today I’m finally wising up and am no longer taking pity on this «local business».

I have been shopping at Andersons for over ten years. The main store is easy to get in and out of. The service shop is too, closer to Int. 80. Andersons has a huge inventory of plumbing supplies, for large and small projects. You will find knowledgeable help here. Larger items can be delivered for a reasonable fee. I will continue to shop here for years to come.

Came in looking for help in finding a sink faucet. Chuck Wheeler immediately recognized the «off brand» and said he’d have it warrantied at no charge to us. I was a little dubious at first, but it showed up in the mail a couple of weeks later. Thank you Chuck and Sierra Pipe Co.

Be careful when doing business with Sierra Pipe. They have acquired a reputation for being «ethically challenged».I have had two interactions with this place and both have gone badly. I special ordered some tools and went in a couple weeks later to pick them up. They said «oops guess we forgot to order those. No apology or professionalism. The sales guy who looked about 16 smirked.
The second time they quoted me a price over the phone but when I got to the store, the price more than doubled.

We bought over $ 50k’s worth of irrigation materials over the past 10 years form Sierra pipe. At the end of our recent project, we tried to return some left over Schedule-​80 PVC parts and they wouldn’t take them back. Even their owner turn us down. We offered 50c on the dollar and restocking fees, but still they wouldn’t take them back.
We won’t be dealing with them any more. A professional company offers more flexibility, customer service, than this. you need more of a partnering company.

Absolutely horrible service! Elder abuse! Charged for a house call and customer wanted to know why his well was not working! Instead was told that his well was fine and pumping ½ gallon per minute! Seriously? That’s fine? Thieves
This man is 92 years old and needs working water or at the very least answers! When I called the man in service to inquire on the service he was extremely rude and yelled at me! Will never do business with again!

The people in the service department are awesome! We are out of their service area, but they gave us generous help over the phone. We were able to fix the pump problem ourselves which was estimate over $ 500 by local company. We would not be able to achieve this without the great help from a guy there named Edward, and also special thank you to Sharla.
We will be willing to pay for the gas to have them come out next time simply because they are good, honest and have warm heart to help people.

We had just moved up here and discovered our water heater was full of rusty water. It was right before Christmas and we were concerned about cost. After just having bought a new house and paying movers I was wary of being ripped off.
We were directed to Sierra Pipe by another local business. We went in and were greeted by a very nice gentleman who answered all of our questions and told us that the product was guaranteed by them longer than the manufacturers warranty. He assured us the item was in stock and ready to pick up. He handed us a calendar and told us to call if we had any further questions.
We went home, discussed our options and went back down and purchased a new 75 gallon water heater.
Now we can shower and bathe without the rust and can rest assured knowing Sierrs Pipe has our back!

Great place, I shopped around Sacramento, Grass Valley and Roseville for a new Central Vacuum for my house and no one can touch the price nor the customer service that Anderson’s Sierra Pipe offered. Great place and good people!

This place has so many different things to offer. I had an issue with my whole house vacuum, brought it into them and they checked the motor and the suction for me. They even checked the hose. What a great place to shop and the best customer service I have ever seen.

Sierra Anderson Pipe is a top notch business with a small town feel. They are exceptionally helpful. Even for the more feminine customer. It is truly amazing the wide variety of items they offer for sale. Just ask! I bet they have it! We’ve purchased everything from water heaters and garbage disposals to sprinkler systems and garden tools. I highly recommend them!
