CROOKS!!! If I could give this place negative stars, i would. WORST nail shop I’ve ever been to!!! Horrible experience… The man that did my nails, said his name is «T», didn’t polish my whole nail, he left spots unpolished. When it was time to pay I gave him my card, he swiped it a few times and said something was wrong so I gave him another card(even though I knew there was money there). He swiped that card a couple times and a receipt finally came out with the price he told me. I signed and left. When I got home and checked my account they’d charged me a total of $ 195 for a mani/pedi!!! There were several charges from them on both of my cards. I immediately went back up there and received the worst customer service. They wouldn’t listen to me, kept cutting me off and said something was wrong with their system, it’s happened to other people, it didn’t really charge me. But the money is gone from my account. And if you know your machine is doing this why not tell people when they walk in that your system is down and you need them to pay with Cash? SMH This was the worst mani/pedi experience I’ve ever had! I’ve yet to receive my money back. I will NEVER go back here and will tell everyone I know to stay away as well.

Ok, so let me start by saying… this is NOT my regular salon. With that being said, I am VERY picky. Now…I stopped here on a whim, while I was out shopping. The salon is very well decorated and modern. I decided to go in because it wasn’t crowded and I was in a hurry… I walked in at 1pm and didn’t leave until 3! There was only one lady waiting ahead of me. I was addressed once and was told that it was only a few more minutes. I was finally seated at a table and waited for another 15 minutes or so. Once the nail tech got over to me, he was very friendly. I knew my nails were in bad shape but he was very gentle and didn’t over buff them. He put on my new set quickly and neatly. After he was done and I washed my hands, I was pleased. I brought in my own 2 polishes to match my toes and he applied them with no problem. The coats of polish were a little thick and took forever to dry because of that. Overall I was pretty satisfied with his work, but the wait was absolutely terrible and since I was pressed for time, that was no bueno… Would I go back, yes. Would I wait as long as I did… Hell no.

Nice atmosphere… price is great for a pedicure($ 25), but only took about 15 minutes for them to complete. It seemed very rushed. I went in to have some ME time & relax a bit. The foot/leg massage took a total of ONE minute for both legs. Would pay more to get more next time.

Had a decent pedicure a few days ago(4 stars) and decided to go for a shellac manicure since they’re not far from home. My usual shop is 30 minutes away. The tech burned me a couple of times with the drill(um…ouch!) and the polish job was sloppy(wasn’t cleaned away from my cuticles, didn’t use a base coat). He did an okay job, I initially thought 3 stars but«meh, I’ve experienced better» is about how I feel for 2 stars. .so I’ll be driving back to highland to my usual nail salon.

I’ve been visiting and sending friends to this nail salon for quite a few years now. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. It’s clean and has a great atmosphere. My appointment is always on time and I rarely have to wait on a walk in basis. I’m always very happy with the services I have received.

Tonight was my second visit, I was impressed by the attentive service, the massage chairs are fabulous and the added nail art on my pedicure is detailed and very pretty! They do a Monday through Thursday mani pedi special which is nice. Pretty good color selection, knowledgeable and competent staff, no wait and a clean relaxing environment, I will be back!($ 25 pedi, $ 5 up charge for a French or art work)

This place is ok. Waiting awhile without anyone saying anything to me. Did a decent job on my feet. Communication could be better there. Not sure about the cleanliness of the tools there. I didn’t see a sealed package. Clippers came out of a glass. Probably the buffer too.

Stopped here while working in the area. Was pleasantly surprised by the selection of gel colors compared to my salon at home. Great colors! The gentleman — I didn’t get his name — did my nails and did a great job. I got a fill-in and gel polish for only $ 25(plus tip). Great price for a great job!

I get basic pedicures and they’re always great. Not too expensive and I rarely wait. I have no experience with their more intricate nail work but they have the basics down!

This is right by my house, so it is super convinent. The prices are pretty good too, much cheaper that LUV in Rochester Hills. My gel polish is 25 bucks. They have a variety of essie, opi, and china glaze polish. They also carry the gel polish in opi axxium, gelish, cnd, and a few others. I am wearing gelish 56 jet set… it is the coolest color. It is grayish purple, but in the sun you can see tiny sparkles… but only in the sun. The manicurist and some of her coworkers could not stop commenting. I have also had the french gel polish… they did a good job. Both manicures lasted about 8 days. With the french I thought she did too large of a white tip, but she fixed it for me. I am picky like that. It was evenly applied, smooth finish, no bubbles, not sloppy, not on my cuticles… pretty darn good! They also have glitter tips, airbrushing, nail art, waxing available. There is a nice flatscreen to watch some news on. I call ahead and make appointments, and have never waited much at all. They usually have at least 6 people on staff. The pedicures are in the back… about 8 massaging chairs. I have sat in nice massage chairs, but it was still nice. I enjoyed catching up on my celeb gossip via people magazine. More entertaining however was the dude in the tigers hat and tigers jersey(mind you it is not baseball season, he is just a manly man) who was getting a pedicure complete with blue nail polish. Apparantly, he is a frequent flier. Apparatly, he also has good taste as the girl next to me requested the same blue as the gentleman. My heels were in need of tlc and she offered to use the razor, which I know is illegal, however highly effective. I caved. She also took super good care of my newish tattoo. You can tip on the credit card, but you need to tell them before they ring it up.
