Worst Ecko store I have ever been to.
Sadly we do not have any Ecko Stores here in Canada, so whenever I get to the states I ALWAYS make sure I find a Ecko Store because I generally like the styles that they sell, but perhaps more importantly they carry large sizes (I wear a 3XL).
The Ecko Store was the first place I went to in the mall because I normally buy a few bags of clothes and wanted to be close to my vehicle.
I went through every part of the store searching in vain for bigger sizes.
In the new collection area the largest I could find was XL, in the clearance section in the back I found 2 3XL shirts, both were not my style.
Upon returning to the front of the store, I found a hoodie that was actually available in 3XL, I was ecstatic! that is until I tried it on and noticed the large hole in the top of the pocket.
I gave up then, I walked out of the store for the first time in many years not having spent a dime.
Had the staff been around I could have asked and at least confirmed that the store stocked no large sizes, but they were all busy folding clothes and chatting.
I sent an email to Ecko to ask if they had decided as a chain to stop offering larger sizes, I have yet to receive a response.
However if they have, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
Funniest part was although the Ecko Store had no big sizes, when I went to Marshalls (a discount department store) they had dozens of 3XL and 4XL Ecko tops.
