History
Established in 2011.
Back in 1897, Harry (call me «Dock») Dougherty opened Dock’s
Oyster House in Atlantic City and quickly became well known for his simply prepared and reasonably priced oyster stews, fried fish and raw bar. Adhering to these principles while keeping pace with the changing times, Dock’s has continued in operation for over
a century and remains one of the most popular and highly acclaimed
restaurants in Atlantic City. Now Harry’s great-grandson Frank and his wife Maureen bring you their newest creation, Harry’s Oyster Bar & Seafood. Harry’s
recreates the old time oyster bar and seafood house of Harry
Dougherty’s day, featuring high quality, fresh seafood at reasonable prices.
