Didnt like it here one bit. Got people smoking weed in Rooms and Smells like urine throughout the halls and elevators. Every door has a no smoking sign but why is this still a issue? Elevators take forever; when there are 6 available. Once I arrived to my room and opened the door, it smelled like something died(hamster, ferrets I dunno). There is No Ventilation in the room or the bathroom. There is an old philips TV which is very small(but wait theres WiFi), old painting, just white bed sheets; basically décor sucks as if I was a old senior person. I can hear other people in the hallways and conversations next door, so dont expect any privacy. I feel unsafe like someone is going to rob me from all the ghetto people hangout in the hallways and playing loud music, and prostitutes begging for Who Knows What. The front desk talks behind yourback as your leaving from the checkin. Dont ride the Claridge Taxi its a rip off. Please dont bring your children here. I feel like i payed for a hotel that is similar to the projects. Never Again!!!

Surrounded by screaming people partying in their rooms. Someone slamming doors every 2 seconds with people hanging out at theh hallways. Loud rap music playing at 11pm. Someone is smoking weed… and the people hanging out in the hallways and staring me down. welcome to the projects. Dont say anything unless you really want problems. Please pay more for a better location you will be sorry.

ZEROSTARSINREALITY — Awful, simply awful. Check-in took two attempts and both times we had to stand in line for over thirty minutes. After dinner and gambling, we came back to the room to get ready for bed and discovered that the bed sheets had not been changed out from the previous occupants. Bread crumbs in the sheets, floors not vacuumed, tiny and dingy bathroom were just the issues we could see. I went to the front desk and spoke with a manager and was given a new room, an apology and nothing else. No discount, no complimentary anything was offered. Save your time and money and stay anywhere but here. I wish there was a way to indicate ZERO stars.

This casino is no longer here. Bally’s expanded and took over what use to be the Claridge. When it was here, the only lure was the penny slots. Now all those machines are gone. The upgrade ironically reduced gaming tables and slots, even it looks nicer. The only good thing about it is parking, even though limited is a closer walk to Bally’s, even to Bally’s garage.

Even staying free here bothered me. Rooms are old, bathrooms are according to my boyfriend«the smallest hotel bathrooms I’ve ever seen,» you can hear a cell phone ring in the neighboring room. I don’t have anything nice to say about this place. If you’re intending on gambling at Caesar’s its an annoying walk even though it’s next door. Even the regular Bally’s casino is a bit away. Supposedly they’re in the process of remodeling this section of rooms so hopefully the rooms will get better even though the proximity to the rest of Bally’s and Caesar’s sucks.

We were supposed to be in Ballys. The Claridge is old. The room reeked of smoke. The wallpaper in the bathroom was 20 – 30 years old. The windows were drafty. Only worth it if it’s free.
