Great food but sub par service. This location always impresses with the quality of the food but the last four times that we have been the service has not been good. Salads never come out before the meal and drinks stay empty for the entirety of the meal. If you have nowhere to be and have low expectations of the quality of service then the food will be good. Otherwise skip this dining experience.

Really did not care too much for Zin Burger. Burgers were extra heavy on condiments taking away from taste of burger. Prices were decent but food not impressive!

I take hamburgers quite seriously, like any American. My waiter asked if I had dined their before and I had not and went through the specials and the burger of the week. After looking at the menu fir a few minutes I was ready to order. I started with their chopped wedge salad without the bacon.(UnAmerican, I know.) My burger ended up arriving before my salad and my waiter quickly ran to get the salad when he saw that my burger arrived first. It worked out perfectly because my burger was pretty hot temperature wise and eating my salad gave it time to cool. Their burgers are all Angus beef(or Kobe for an extra $ 5) Their burger menu is vast and i was drawn to their Blanco Burger which included: pepper jack cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, chipotle mayo and lettuce. I asked for my mayo on the side but forgot to add it after I took my first bite because it was delicious enough. No one ingredient overpowered the other. It was heavenly. I’ll have to try their milkshakes on my next visit…

This was my second visit to Zinburger. I really enjoyed the food but I cannot forget to mention the Customer Service this time around. During this visit I was able to try the Samburger, which was prepared to perfection at a medium level of well-done-ness. I also had the zucchini fries. I don’t know if these zucchini fries were really THAT good or if I was just THAT hungry but I made myself finish the basket even though I knew that I should be saving room for the rest of my meal. The batter had a nice seasoned flavor to it, as opposed to just tasting like battered zucchini. I also had the truffle fries because, well… it’s only right to have fries with a burger, and why not do truffle. Those were also fried to french-fried perfection. My server Jemel was on point! You know how you have those times when you go to a restaurant and right as you begin thinking, «I wish I had a…», your server shows up almost as if s/he heard you telepathically? Jemel was like that. He was very attentive and had a warm friendly presence. Then there was the bartender, Thomas. It was a not too crowded Thursday evening and Thomas kept the stories and the one-liners coming all night in between the TV in the background. This dude was a trip! He was great at suggesting some drink options based on a customer’s flavor preference and if you didn’t know what you liked flavor-wise, he could recommend a few drinks for you based on your intentions for ordering a alcoholic beverage. I arrived at around 8:30pm and it was such a good time that by the time I realized how late it was, the place was technically closed and I was one of the last few patrons left. Well, I’ll definitely be back at some point. I haven’t ventured down the milkshake path yet so maybe I’ll save some room for one of those next time after my next burger adventure.

Always pretty solid food and service. I have been once before when service and food was very slow, but also they were slammed so I understand that. Went in today and had a great server– Derek. Very friendly and fast! Usually get the ahi salad because it is amazing but today I got the zinburger with truffle fries and was just as satisfied. Check it out if you’re in the area!

My 2nd trip to Zinburger was a tremendous improvement over my 1st trip a while back. I went there once and decided that the service wasn’t good enough for me to ever return again. I’m so glad that I decided to give this place a second shot. Wow, what a difference. The food was seriously delicious. I’ve been on a quest for my favorite burger(s) in Atlanta for a few months, and I’m happy to report that Zinburger is now in the running for that title. The food is fresh and super flavorful. All of the ingredients worked well together to create a burger that was unique and delicious. BUT the reason why I’m so happy about my most recent visit is because the service was excellent. Our server was, Jemel(I believe that’s his name… tall guy, dreads, glasses, goatee), was awesome. He was so friendly and upbeat. He kept that cheerful attitude throughout our dinner and his service flowed smoothly. My biggest complaint about my first visit to Zinburger was that my service experience kinda sucked. Jemel completely redeemed Zinburger in my eyes. Well done Zinburger! Thanks for an awesome experience and great service.

Was there last night(Sunday 5⁄15) I say that the service was incredible. Our waiter Jon was very attentive and actually a pretty fun guy. The food was good, served in good time. Thanks, Jon!

Have been back twice since that first lack luster visit and both times my food was pretty awesome. The second time I ordered the special of the day which was a mushroom truffle burger… sooooo good, this time with the truffle fries(should’ve got those the first time). In fact the food was so good it spurred the most recent visit which was a special occasion request from my son to celebrate his sixteenth birthday, our waiter was a little spacey but very sweet… he tried.

Food: good. Exactly what I expected. Ordered a grilled buffalo chicken sandwich with green chili spicy fries. The sandwich was good. The fries were great. I’d get the same order again. Tried the local ipa to drink which was also tasty. Beers on tap come in 16oz and 20oz. Service: polite and helpful when I asked about the side dishes, but there was only one bartender for most of our dinner and she was swamped. Management should have given her some help. We had to wait a couple of times. Atmosphere: cool, open, Windows, bright, airy, clean, new Misc: I’d go back because the food is good and it’s close to the hotel I stay at, but hopefully the servers are more attentive next time.

Stopped here after shopping. Just wanted a drink and snack. The workers were all so friendly and very knowledgeable about the restaurant and the food they serve. We went with mimosas. I’m guessing the oj is freshly squeezed because it tasted great! My friend and I each had 2 mimosas and decided to split an order of zucchini fries. They were delicious! Lightly battered and perfectly fried. They weren’t greasy of heavy feeling like a lot of fried foods can be. It was a great choice. I would have loved to try a burger but wasn’t super hungry so maybe if I’m ever in atlanta again I’ll go back for a burger. Great environment, very open and clean. Only problem was the music was pretty loud so when the bartender was giving us the burger of the day info it was hard to hear him.

Super cute restaurant! Came in for lunch two different times. First time I had a skinny margarita it was on special for 5 $ and a Napa salad. I love goat cheese and this salad had dried fruits and a really good goat cheese vinaigrette! Second time I came in I had the Crème brûlée shake, which is essentially a really creamy vanilla shake. It was really good, I drank it way to fast. I got the ahi tuna salad which was one of the best I’ve had ever! The tuna literally melts in your mouth, it was well seasoned and the dressing was a creamy & slightly sweet! I have yet to try a burger here, my friends say the turkey burger is delicious! Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been a big fan of Zin ever since they opened at Lenox. I’ve had a few different burgers, and none have ever disappointed. My favorite is the Diablo. Sometimes I’ll add extra peppers, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The zucchini fries are definitely a must order. They’re ready tasty and a pretty decent portion. The milk shakes here are all also very good! I’m a big salted caramel guy so I usually get that.

The food here was excellent. I had the Kobe and it was perfectly cooked and flavorful. We sat at the bar and our bartender was polite and checked in often and it was a busy Saturday afternoon. The zucchini fries were great would be good if some how they can make it crispier. Wife had their truffle fries and there was none left. Her burger was well cooked as well. Definitely a must go when in ATL and a fuel up from shopping at Lenox.

I can’t believe I’ve never been here. It’s right next to Sprinkles at Lenox Mall in Buckhead. This place is so refreshing because Lenox is super pretentious. This place is not like that at all. The servers wear button down denim shirts. I like to think of it as an upscale farm vibe. If that makes sense. We were greeted when we walked in and waited about 15 minutes for a table on a busy Saturday night. This place has plenty of seating and a huge bar so I think they turn tables pretty quickly. There are televisions floating around if you want to watch the game or something like that while you dine. I liked the décor near the kitchen, I could see into the kitchen but it looked like it was behind a sliding glass door. Nice. Our server was excellent. She allowed me to make changes(pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar) to my beef burger($ 10-$ 11) and was very helpful in selecting which side item(handcut fries). Note, the sandwiches do not come with fries, those are extra($ 5 or so depending on which type of fries you get). I really wanted to try the zucchini fries but I will next time. I also ordered a glass of Riesling($ 5). I know they had $ 3 Bellini’s and Mimosas all day but I figured I would try wine first. About 20 – 25 minutes later our food arrived. The menu said the fries were big enough for 2 to share, negative. LOL. We ended up ordering another basket. Try dipping them in ranch. So good. The burger was medium well and it was cooked perfectly. It was moist, tender, but that nice firmness on the exterior to you know that it’s not going to fall apart. The bun was buttery and a delicious addition to the meat. The zinfandel braised onions were so good. I added chipotle mayo so of course that made everything nice and tangy. After my burger arrived I ordered a Bellini, it was an orange color which was a little odd. It didn’t taste fresh, I’m not sure if it was. Next time I’ll try the mimosa. My friend had a 20oz Blue Moon for $ 5 and he enjoyed that. I’m coming back here for sure. This place was great. Good job! A+

Came here with 5 other coworkers for lunch today. We arrived at about 11:50 so we could miss the lunch rush. We were seated right away and the place was fairly empty, although it quickly filled up. It’s a cute, modern space and is bigger than it looks on the outside. Once our server brought waters to the table, we really didn’t see her again for the next 20+ minutes. I needed a new water because mine had floaters in it and I couldn’t track her down. Someone at a table near us who arrived much later than us received her milkshake before our whole table received ours. The entrees seemed to take a while. I immediately realized my burger, which I’d requested MW-W was WAYYYY undercooked. The girl next to me also asked for MW, and that’s what she got. Mine was more like MR. They took the burger away and I waited, and waited while they cooked another one for me. Unfortunately, by the time everyone was finished eating, my burger still wasn’t ready. I asked the server to cancel it. She never apologized for the wait or that fact that it was underdone(although I realize SHE didn’t cook it, but«I’m sorry» goes a long way!!) Eventually, the manager appeared, and I guess that’s only because I told her to cancel it. He offered to take it off the check, and box it to go for me, which he did. I appreciate the effort and it looks good, so I plan on eating it for dinner. I will probably try this place again because the fries were good, the milkshakes were good, and everyone else’s burgers looked good… but the service could use some help!

The wait was a bit long, first to get a table, then to get our drinks, and food. However my turkey burger more than made up for it, and my husband liked his Kobe burger(I still feel that mine was the better of the two, though)

American Kobe Beef from Wisconsin. Zucchini fries. Butter laced buns. It’s a pretty good new spot in Buckhead. The highest point is probably the ambiance. With the amazing summer to fall transition weather right now in Atlanta, there is hardly a better way to enjoy the surroundings than by grabbing a burger here. Partially outdoor bar, couches on the patio and a fire pit. They really do hit the jackpot in the vibes department. It’s next to a parking lot, but fern bushes separate the outdoor area from it and it feels nice. Employees were knowledgeable about the food and were attentive. Overall, it was a good experience. My burger was pretty decent, I had the Zin burger. Honestly, I probably would not get it again. It seems like their signature burger but it was just way too heavy for my taste. Keep in mind, if you upgrade to Kobe, it’s Kobe style beef, not the real thing(duh, you paid $ 5 for it). It really ranks somewhere right in the middle between real Kobe and regular angus beef. At 3.5 stars currently on Unilocal,it’d say it ranks very fairly, but it’s a generous day and I’ll bump it up to 4. It is slightly above average after all.
