Not my 1st choice for a soup, salad or sandwich, but if I want a salad bar, I usually go to a Jason’s Deli. Good place for business, singles, kids, families, groups. Compared to others in this niche, Jason’s lacks quality & they’re overpriced(cup of soup & salad bar = $ 10+). Although I will say I believe they’re trying to make improvements & you can see that in some of the language on the menu. They have a steady take-out business, but they do a pretty good job keeping it separate from the dine-in orders, making it faster for everyone. However, this location always strikes me as mismanaged. It just seems confusing behind the counter at times & like the left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing. One of the tell-tale signs something a little off: glance at the salad bar. This one usually looks like a high school football team just ransacked the salad bar, destroying everything in sight, right before its your turn to peruse the salad bar & fill up your plate. Good luck with that! I do give them credit for offering a wide array of options at the salad bar(hummus, pasta salad, potato salad, corn salad, beets, mini muffins, hard boiled eggs, nuts, olives, etc.) & I would even sing their praises if they would keep those items consistently stocked & full! But they don’t! Instead there are empty baskets of muffins, empty oil & vinegar bottles, & just a few scraps of the popular items — they’re in desperate need of refills & most offerings are missing. Frustrating yes, but it can also be comical at times. What can you do?! The Buckhead location isn’t one of the most well-kept, in terms of refreshing the salad bar offerings. But if you prepare your salad to go, you can usually come out on top. You may have to wait for a missing item, but you’ll get your salad to your liking. Try a scoop of their banana pudding + the fruit cup. I really like their potato(white) salad w/bacon — it’s southern-style yum. SKIP the pasta salad — can I just be blunt? It sucks. Plain & simple, it just ain’t all that. Tastes like air. If they have any, their mini muffins rock. I grab my favorite crackers to go with my soup. On a brighter side, be sure to get some of the soft-serve ice cream + chocolate drizzle for dessert! I guess we’re all still kids at heart — suckers for those self-serve ice-cream machines! Aside from salad bar, the soups are all pretty good — I usually opt for broccoli, tomato or chicken tortilla. I don’t really have a standout for sandwiches, but the potatoes are surprisingly good — definitely hit the spot if you’re craving carbs! Service is pretty friendly & fairly prompt. I think they’re trying to step up their game & I applaud them on that. Improvements include organic offerings, salmon(fancy!!) & options for Vegetarians, GFs, and Kids. Now maybe one day soon the offerings will reflect the price tags! Keep it clean & keep it refreshed & you’ll have happy guests. :)

Visiting from VA. Worst experience ever…45 min no food. Poor customer service. Gave up and requested refund took them almost 10 min just to handle that…

Me and my husband just stopped by for a late lunch at Jason’s deli buckhead a few weeks ago. Although the staff was very friendly and professional(especially the lady at the register) I did notice some concerning things that I assume a manager would want to know. 1. The food took a really long time and I noticed a congregation of staff who appeared to be the cooks all chatting and laughing as there was a lineup and we were waiting for our food. 2. Food came and the Ruben was cold, cheese was melted but was cold I assume from sitting around. 3. I noticed many staff using customer tables as a break area. 4. I noticed one staff who appeared to be a cook throwing food or some small item at another staff. 5. When I went to use the restroom a staff member was doing her hair and had several hair products including a wig of some sort sprawled over the counter. It did not look sanitary so I left the bathroom. 6. When I went to refill my drink many staff was loitering around and going ahead of me to get their own drink. Just a FYI if this was my business I would not be okay with this behavior as it makes the customer feel uncomfortable and it doesn’t create a good experience. I contacted the manager and I got a no response. Then contacted head office and got a «thanks for letting me know». lol they lost my business.

I frequent this location since moving to Buckhead. I’ve always been pleased with the service and quality of food. This time was especially pleasant. Parker, manager, who was taking my order provided great customer service that was worth noting.

Always consistent. Always good. I love the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich and the beef eater. Salad bar is really good too. Free ice cream. You can’t beat it.

I love Jason’s Deli! The salad bar is awesome. And there’s soft serve ice cream with dark chocolate hot fudge. But yeah, the salad bar has so many different yummy things and those little muffins. I could eat it a few times/week. Their sandwiches and potatoes are great, too, of course. They just have so many different things! This location is very busy and the service is pretty quick. Plugs in the dining room for your laptop would be nice… :)

I go to this Jason’s pretty often. I like the hustle and bustle of the place during lunch hour, just fun to people watch while I wait. I usually get the black bean taco salad or the all you can eat salad bar to go(piled extra high because I jam the container full :) getcha money’s worth! today I went out on a limb and tried the california club sandwich on a croissant because I am challenging myself to try new things and oha mya gosha it was soo gosh darned good and moist and the croissant was so crispy and delicious! Now I’m gonna order that every time until I get sick of it. It was grilled and just… mmm smh… And I had a walnut and raisin cookie that was to DIEFOR!

Went for lunch got a salad for $ 10 and let’s just say I could find a better meal at Costco café. The staff is super nice although a bit too much as they keep asking you feedback when it seems like just a regular fast food place. They have free ice cream in the back which is not something to be pressed upon customers like they do. Maybe I need to try the sandwiches to be fair next time.

What a SUPER Lunch !! Ok Buckhead, Its Friday and we are headed out to take a walk and find some place tasty to eat for lunch. One of my co-workers recommend this place Jason’s Deli, So we just had to try it out. I ordered the SoCal Club with a cub of Broccoli and cheese with a water and it was only $ 8.20 with tax. Not bad for lunch… What this place has over the rest is the FREE Ice Cream cone to go… This place is very roomy inside so even on a busy hungry Super Friday 2 days before the Superbowl we had plenty of seating room.

It’s always hard finding a tasty but healthy and affordable restaurant in this area for lunch. Our company had always ordered from this location of Jason’s, but I never had a chance to eat in. My coworker walked with me and we ate at the salad bar. Unlimited salad bar for under $ 10! I was a little frustrated with the lack of meat, but there were still a couple of protein items to choose from. The workers are constantly refilling empty items with fresh ingredients. You can get as many plates as you’d like from the pick up counter. My complaint with salad bars(maybe it’s a personal thing) is the lack of variety. I get all the items I want on one salad, which makes me all excited, but the second plate seems lackluster since I’ve already eaten all the different salad ingredients I’ve wanted. I guess I need to stop being so greedy on the first go around. Overall, it was a filling(as filling as salad can get) meal, and we got soft serve ice cream cones to take on the go! While it’s not my favorite salad bar I’ve been to, it’s probably the most convenient and affordable in the surrounding Buckhead area.

I always come here. Although it’s pricey. The salad bar has great choices; however its often messy and is running low. The staff seem annoyed when you ask them to replace the missing items. I wish the customer service was better and meat toppings were added to the salad bar.

Horrible service! I had to take my own food off the tray and when I asked for a side that I ordered was sent to salad bar with attitude. No cheese on sandwich as ordered. I go to Jason’s for consistency but the fell way short in all fronts today. Common Jason your better than this!

Fast service, great food and friendly staff. Can’t ask for any more than that, from a popular restaruant chain. Keep up the excellent work!

I eat at Jason’s deli in several places including Athens and I always like it. It’s my «safe choice» if I am not sure what I want or don’t want to try to figure out where else to try.

Love this deli. It can get pretty crowded at lunch time bit for the most part in and out. The wrap I usually always get is always refreshing. The staff has been pretty nice and the length of time to get food is not too bad

I usually come here after my gym workout, and I could walk here for lunch during work hours. Overall, this place is «great» — due to the location, the parking space, and the ample amount of seating space. If you have never been to a Jason’s Deli before, then I recommend coming here for two reasons: «variety of food choice» and«speed of service». Whether you need a quick work lunch or some place to study during the non-rush hours, then come on down to this restaurant. This restaurant primarily have the following types of American cuisines: sandwiches, soups, and salad. Though it’s not on a five-star taste level, with the variety on the menu, it’s easy to get something new on every visit. For first timer, I recommend getting the«Manager’s Special — Papa Joe, Southwest Chicken Chili, and a side of fruits».

There’s so many places to eat in this general area it’s often tough to make a decision. Jason’s Deli is one of the many, but does a wonderful job delivering consistent soups, sandwiches and a go-to salad bar. There’s your answer. If you come for a quick lunch you’ll never be disappointed and your wallet won’t be empty. Jason’s offers a go-to lunch spot for those looking to grab a half sandwich with a cup of soup or salad bar and plenty of choices. There’s enough different sandwiches, soups, loaded potatoes and pastas to keep patrons returning without having to order the same thing twice. Great value. Solid food. And, several notches better than anything you’ll eat in a Subway.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for this place for over a year but am now getting around to doing so… at my last company, we would order lunch each week from them and the our lunch choices were always fresh and consistent. When dining here, the salad bar is my favorite option and their soups are pretty great too. I typically always order their tomato basil and like the fact that they add some mozzarella cheese on top. The staff here is quite friendly and I truly enjoy their excellent customer service here. The staff here is super courteous and always helpful. They seem to all always have a smile on their faces and it just makes dining here that much more pleasant when you know the staff cares about providing a positive dining experience. Love their salad bar and all the goodies that come with it, including the fro-yo machine. If you live or work in the Buckhead area, this location is in the same shopping center as the Publix and Binders.

My «sun and stars»(…kekeke, ok that was cheesy, even if you get the reference, my apologies) really likes this place for lunch. This location in particular, gets SLAMMED during lunch hours. Nonetheless, I think the staff are generally efficient and timely. Also, my bf and I are always able to get a table. The best way I can describe Jason’s Deli is, it’s a mutant-deli-on-steroids. At the core, it’s a sandwich shop that offers a variety of sandwiches, at large portions. They also offer soups and an AYCE salad bar, if you so choose to order salad… pft. Jk. The salad bar is actually quite appetizing as there are also non-salad options. Furthermore, there’s a beloved soft-served ice cream machine. Well, yippee caye yay cowboy, color me happy! My bf loves the California Club. I think he likes it because of the avocado spread. I like the reuben, bc I like reubens. If you like baked potatoes, their baked potatoes’ the size of a football. It’s also +2000 calories. Have fun! We recommend the manager’s special, which is half sandwich and half salad. It can become a quite filling lunch, especially with the super-steroidal salad bar.
