This company is fantasitc. I recently had the pleasure of working with Greg during a sales transaction. He is super responsive and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Worth Every Dollar Appraisals saved us a lot of money! They were friendly, professional, efficient, and accurate! Couldn’t ask for more… I will not get the house I had them appraise, the sellers want more than it is worth so eventually I will probably use them again! and will be glad to … Tommie did my appraisal and Greg set it up — very helpful! we had an Atlanta property appraised, it was priced at $ 99k and appraised almost $ 30k lower! we will be terminating our contract and looking for another priced right home and using Worth Every Dollar Appraisals again… thank you again!

My boyfriend and I are in the process of buying our first home. As this is a crazy roller coaster of a ride, I called WEDA to try to wrap my head around the appraisal part of it. Greg talked to me for half an hour. He helped me looked up tax records for the house we are interested in, gave me pointers and was overall extremely nice. Unfortunately, I cannot pick my appraiser but if I could there is no doubt in my mind that I would have hired Greg on the spot.
