Best wings ever! They are always fried perfectly. Additionally, customer service is superb.

UPDATE AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE: Please note that his comments does not reflect the the truth of what occurred. He is, once again, being dishonest. He and I had an extensive conversation about this coupon, which prompted me to look into the matter further. As a result, I felt that it was necessary to post to Unilocal about it so others can make a well informed decision about supporting this establishment. I can accept if the restaurant no longer has an account, but
said they have absolutely NO evidence that service has been cancelled. The owner also said in his response that he’s tried contacting them several times. That’s another lie. I had no problems reaching out to them. To that end,
said they have no record of any mode of communication from the owner other than when he signed up on 4÷16÷2015 at 7:55pm.
If consumers can’t trust simple business practices, they surly can’t trust the quality of products or services that are rendered. When business owners start lying like this, that’s a bad sign. You don’t know what you’re getting at that point. Prior to this incident, I supported this restaurant regularly and have always paid full price, so it’s not an issue of affordability. It’s accountability. I can’t get past the dishonesty which is why I won’t be back.

9÷22÷15 REVIEW: After supporting this establishment several times and paying FULL PRICE each time for the food, I came across a gift certificate on
. I purchased one for this restaurant and when I presented it, the owner refused to take it. He said he didn’t know how his name got on their website and that he hasn’t been able to reach them because they are located in the Philippines. He also complained about using discount services because people «eat up all of his chicken».
I didn’t believe him or his explanation, so I decided to contact
. Here are the facts: The owner signed up on 4÷16÷2015 at 7:55 p.m. He is a current and active participant on
. They don’t have any report of a call, email, fax or snail mail with a request to cancel service. Oh, and remember the owner said he couldn’t reach them because they are located in the Philippines? Well, they are actually located in Arlington Heights, IL. THE U. S!!!
I do my best to support small businesses, but when you are deliberately dishonest, it leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. He didn’t have to lie. It wasn’t necessary. I’ve always paid full price. I’ve paid the.80 cents for extra sauce and on top of that, I would even tip sometimes. So, he really didn’t need to lie, but because of his dishonestly, he has permanently lost what was once a regular customer. I won’t be back.

This little take out joint is making a brave go of it on Metropolitan. Super nice guy hustling back there and seems to really care about the food.
I got the ⁵⁄₅ shrimp + wings, with cole slaw and okra. And 2 bones of ribs, which they’ve added to the mix.
The star was the shrimp. Big, fresh shrimp cooked right and de-​veined (!). I was talked into trying the «awesome sauce» on the shrimp — ended up not being my cup of tea but the shrimp were delicious enough that it didn’t matter to me. Next time I will ask if I can get them without sauce, with some seasoning maybe.
The wings were good — substantial but not the jumbo type at some places, but they were fresh and tender cooked just right, and right for the price. This area of town is littered with wing places, some awful and some better. This place is well above average in wing quality; and the reassurance that they come fresh from farmers market etc is a big bonus.
Cole slaw and okra were fine — nothing special but did their job adroitly and tasted freshly prepared.
The ribs had great flavor; next time I will ask for some extra bbq sauce on the side for dipping.
Though honestly I’m mainly gonna get shrimp on my next run.
It’s all freshly prepared so be ready to hang out in your car’s AC for 8 – 9 minutes. Worth the wait.

By far the best wings in Atlanta! The awesome sauce and bacon ranch are my favorites. I heard that Dirty Bird is a local favorite so I’m trying that today. The wings are reasonably priced and sized. The wings aren’t ridiculously small like at DC wings off MLK and they aren’t jumbo huge (which is a turnoff for me). Jason and they rest of the crew always season and cook everything to perfection. According to scout mob they get their wings from the farmers market daily! The fries aren’t anything to gawk at but everything else is amazing. The shrimp are huge juicy and de-​vained (thank you Jesus) annnnd you can get them in any flavor you want. I don’t eat beef so I can’t say anything about the burgers but the fish is also tasty. The drink selection is a little skimpy, but they have all your summertime favorites (lemonade, fruit punch, coke…). I just wish they would put diet coke on the menu. I was trying to get slim and trim for the summer time but that’s all out the window now that I found this place!

I must say that I have tried several items here and by far have favored their shrimp. It is quality jumbo shrimp at a reasonable price. The added bonus of having the option to choose from a variety of flavors to add to the shrimp makes it a step above your average shrimp experience.

This place is everything the hood needs! Quality food for a good price. The location is in a very small lot with Zone 3 Carwash and parking is scarce, but who needs parking? It is definitely takeout and there is no physical space to walk in. You order and the window and wait until your order is ready. I used scout mob on this visit and was able to try the wing combo with «awesome sauce» as well as the buffalo shrimp for about $ 9. Everything was amazing! I’m used to skimpy wings and the typical frozen panko breaded shrimp at most hood spots, but none of that here! Everything was fresh and cooked to order… I mean real shrimp and they were huge! Service was nice and quick and the gentleman taking my order was patient and gave advice on things to try. This place respects the hood and is not just frying pre-​made items and slangin’ it out of a shack. That’s rare and dope! I’ll be back!

Excellent wings… great taste and price… can’t wait to go back and checkout the rest of the menu! This is a must visit folks for the best food in town! Kudos to the owners. my taste buds are finally happy!
