Brian H. Sumrall earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Furman University, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Sumrall was a member of the Moot Court Board, and an extern for the Fulton County Solicitor’s Office. Attorney Sumrall is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and he also serves on the Georgia State College of Law Alumni Council. Before becoming a workers’ compensation lawyer, Mr. Sumrall defended employers and insurance companies against workers’ compensation claims. After six years, he realized that it was much more rewarding to represent individuals who had been injured on the job, instead of insurance companies.
