George C. Creal, Jr., P.C. is a law firm that was starting with the principals of hard work, determination, and never compromising the rights of our clients but fighting for their interest to the fullest extent of the law. Trained as a Civil Litigator, George C. Creal, Jr. developed a criminal law firm with a civil attitude meaning that we investigate criminal claims to the same extent most civil lawyers do with extensive investigation, client interviews, expert consultation and document retrieval through open records laws as well as through criminal discovery. In the Civil arena, we took the criminal defense lawyer attitude of take it to the jury. Our opponents soon realized that they would have to work 2 or 3 times as hard on our cases than other lawyers which translated into more favorable results for our clients.

After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006, Eric Bernstein started his career in Miami, Florida serving as an Assistant Public Defender. Initially handling DUIs and traffic matters, Mr. Bernstein worked his way up to an «A» felony attorney position handling violent crimes such as murder and armed robbery as well as property and drug cases. While at the Dade County Public Defender’s Office, Mr. Bernstein tried dozens of cases before a jury, obtaining many Not Guilty verdicts on all types of cases. Mr. Bernstein handled well upwards of 1000 misdemeanor and felony during his time as a Public Defender. Although equipped to handle any type of criminal charge, Mr. Bernstein has specialized his practice in the field of DUI as an Metro Atlanta Attorney. His office handles cases throughout the State of Georgia and he relishes the opportunity to fight for his client in court. Eric practices regularly in Atlanta Municipal Court; Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnett, Henry and Fayette.
