The High Rise at Post Alexander

My boyfriend and I came here to look at an apartment, we are SUPER picky and sometimes difficult (lol) ** we were put with Stacy, one of the leasing consultants that works at the Highrise at Post Alexander… I don’t even know where to begin!
I have never had such a great experience with customer service regarding apartments– Stacy showed us around and pointed out every little detail that mattered. As she showed us several different floor plans, she wrote notes on EVERY SINGLE page, copied the pages to her computer, and then sent us copies of her hand-​written notes via email. We didn’t even ask. Even the little details that I was saying aloud that I liked («this view is the one I like the best») she wrote it down and wrote which side of the building that view was around. We even came back a second time since we had been looking everywhere and were confused on which apartment was best– she showed us through the second time with the same level of interest as the first time around. There was no catty-​ness (Ehm… Sky House) and she made us feel that we were worth the time and the effort.
We ended up moving into the high rise a few short weeks after, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. There isn’t one single thing I dislike about living here.
Some of the amenities that interested me the most:
1. There is a dog grooming center 2. Cabana-​styled pool area 3. Security/​24 hour concierge.
The area is also very convenient; there is a Target and Publix less than a mile away (I’d walk). It is also tucked away so it isn’t in the direct center of all of the 5PM chaos.
Needless to say, I highly suggest coming around and having a tour– the community is very friendly and the staff will make you feel right at home (especially my fave gal Stacy). Good luck!
