We worked with Martin back in 2013 to purchase our home. We were so pleased with our first home buying experience that we immediately thought of him when it was time to buy our second home. This time, Martin sent is capable associate, Victoria, to help us sell our current home and purchase a new one. With Victoria’s help, we sold our home in only 3 days and also found a new home we loved. We will definitely use Martin and his team in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Julie Sandahl on Martin’s team is the best real estate agent that I have ever worked with, hands down. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable, she worked very hard to locate a variety of potential homes that met my criteria, and she was very flexible around my schedule. Christina Young was very helpful as well with all of her follow up. Great experience, I highly recommend!

In all honesty, I was hesitant to even go through a Realtor at first because of stories I had heard from friends and relatives about their bad experiences. Shortly after my wife and I started the process of searching for a place, we realized that we were in over our heads and going at it alone was not the smartest way to handle buying a house. We are relatively new to Atlanta, so we didn’t have any friends or family in the area to recommend a good agent, so I resorted to looking through Zillow reviews and Martin Archacki was on top of the list (he manages that office).
The agent I ended up working with was Joel Doyle and I could not be more satisfied with the experience I had. My Wife and I were on a tight schedule and needed to close on a house within about 45 days after we commenced our search.
The company has a great online system that allows you to search for existing listings and view detailed information about the property. If we liked a property we would just add it to our list and Joel would get a notification telling him to schedule a showing. He cleared his entire Saturday and part of his Sunday just so we could fit as many showings as possible into our first weekend because of our time situation. Long story short: he ended up showing us a perfect property in a phenomenal location and got us a great price He even set me up with a good loan originator (I even shopped around) and I got a great rate, so I am very satisfied. He also seems to be friends with all of the good contractors in the area and I’m using one of them to help with some minor renovations prior to moving in (friends and family discount).
I bought a great place and made a friend in the process. I’ll definitely be using Joel when I decide to sell, or recommending him if I run across anyone in the market to buy/​sell.
