History

Established in 2013.

Todd is the founder and lead listing agent at Team Lemoine. He is the father of SEVEN children and has lived in Gwinnett County for twenty-​six years. Todd has been in real estate in various roles for his entire life. He grew up with a builder as a father and has an extensive education in residential construction.

He ran one of the largest home inspection companies in Atlanta and has personally inspected over 15,000 homes. Todd has a strong passion for selling homes and has been very successful in getting his seller’s top dollar for their homes.

For 16 years, I have traveled all over the Atlanta area inspecting homes. My home inspection experience can be a valuable asset in the buying and selling process. With this experience, I can offer wise insight in regards to construction, quality flaws and also advise you about needed repairs.
