I came into the store looking for a band on a watch that I grabbed secondhand. They greeted me quickly and I told them what I needed. Somebody then pulled out a small box of parts to look for the clasp. She found a crack in the rubber and told me that I didn’t need to buy a new band and everything was free of charge.
This is great customer service and I’m happy I dropped in. I would totally come back and buy a watch if they treat all swatch owners like this.

My husband purchased a Swatch watch for me in New York 2 weeks ago. Sadly, the watch is already deteriorating. I took it to the Swatch store at Perimeter Mall to return it. However, the Manager, Cortland Brown, refused to return it. I had everything I needed to do a return (receipt, box, paperwork, etc…). This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! DO NOT purchase/​return anything at this location. You will regret it.
