Last November I took my watch in for a new battery. the next day, i noticed the back of the battery casing was missing and went back in that day. They insisted they had put it on, which i’m sure was true, but somehow it had come off and was not put on correctly. I left it with them and they agreed to find a back. They were never able to find one. They then said they had found someone that would make me a back and it would cost ME $ 1500. When i refused, They then suggested that I claim the watch on my insurance and they would find me another one of equal value. When we suggested that they claim it on their insurance, they refused to do so. It is now almost a year later. I just picked up the watch with the back taped and the battery not working. I have taken many watches there, but never one that was this expensive. I intrusted them to replace the battery which was not done correctly. Because they were at fault, i expected them to fix the problem they caused. The battery has been replaced before and i have never had an issue with the watch. Because of their lack of professionalism and respect for a customer, i would not recommend anyone use Leebrant.

The customer service here is phenomenal. I have a large collection of Swiss watches and only Leebrant services them. They have an in-​house watchmaker who does great quality work in a matter of days, versus weeks everywhere else. They are committed to repeat business and treat customers with the highest level of respect.

I recently purchased an engagement ring setting from Leebrant. They also set my loose diamonds in the setting. Everyone in the store is very professional, courteous, understanding and patient. I shopped at a dozen jewelers in Atlanta before finding my comfort zone at Leebrant.
Paul was great to work with. I’d recommend him to any guy shopping for engagement rings. Paul’s attitude didn’t change at all when I told him I was going to purchase diamonds on my own and only purchase the setting from him. I found that other jewelers tend to turn their noses up at you when you don’t purchase their overpriced diamonds with their setting.
Leebrant doesn’t have a huge selection of engagement rings on site, but they can order just about anything and have it available for your inspection in about 24 hours. Ask to see the catalogs.

This is a wonderful jewelry store! They have everything from sweet baby gifts to fancy, I’m-a-big-shot Rolex’s.
The customer service/​sales people are extremely knowledgeable and are great about working within your budget, which is really nice. My husband bought me a slide bracelet there and I absolutely love it. It’s very unique and I get compliments every time I wear it.
They have an amazing selection of engagement rings and stones, too. I wouldn’t think of going any where else to buy nice, high-​quality jewelry.
