We specialize in full body sugaring and waxing. Our sugaring process is perfect for sensitive skin, as we use an all-​natural paste made with sugar, water and lemon to deliver silky, long-​lasting results. Additionally, our stellar European-​based waxing products are made with quality, natural ingredients to ensure you receive the best results.

History

Established in 2014.

We (Micky Richards and Regina Fleming) met while working together at an Atlanta based waxing studio. After working in the industry for the past 4 years and sharing a mutual passion for hair removal, we decided to join forces and started planning to open our own studio.

Our studio is nestled within the newly built My Salon Suites of Brookwood. We both own and operate the studio, which provides a personable experience in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Always putting the client first, we’re able to accommodate busy schedules with both early and late appointments, while complimentary valet parking provides a convenient way to arrive and depart.

Micky was the best! Definitely the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. A little pricier than other places, but I’m HAPPY to spend that little extra for the best! Her precise and quick work made the process go by quickly and as painless as possible. The oil used afterwards was good for soothing my skin. She even had my favorite music playing in the background, which was awesome. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I was a first time waxer when I went to Mickey. I got a Brazilian and a full leg wax. She was so sweet and did such an amazing job. She made me feel comfortable with the intimate parts and I will continue to use her! They’re reasonably priced, have parking and are easy to book appointments with. Free parking (where does that ever happen in Atlanta?), easy access, and wonderful service. Bonus: she even has a punch card so your 6th Brazilian is on her– a $ 55 value. I really do look forward to my monthly visit. I recommend her to everyone that asks, and even people that don’t ask. :)

I went for a Brazilian wax by Regina, and it was phenomenal. I had about an inch of growth, and a terrible first experience at a different salon. I was skeptical of having it done again, but Regina was quick, efficient, and knowledgable. Not only did their website detail pre– and post-​waxing care instructions, Regina also advised me of extra regiments to avoid ingrown hairs. The entire experience was fantastic, but attempting to locate the parking deck was tricky. However, once it was found everything was simple. The company also sends out a text message the day before and the day of your appointment to remind you and give meticulous directions on how to get there. They do ask for you to fill out your credit card information when you schedule your appointment, so don’t let that be a reason not to go through with it. They only charge you once the appointment is completed. Overall, my experience was a solid 5 star, and I will be returning to this location!

My waxing experience with Regina was second to none — I can’t say enough good things! I’ve been waxing for years, from Boston, around New England, and now in Atlanta, and I can say that Regina is HANDS DOWN the very best I’ve ever had. Not only was she incredibly professional, but it was the fastest and most painless wax I’ve ever experienced. I was absolutely blown away, and I’m beyond thrilled to have found my waxer in Atlanta! Everything was flawless — from booking to paying. Regina even texted me just before the appointment with last minute directions and information — which was much appreciated. I’m not an easy person to impress, but I’m absolutely blown away by the level of service at Sugar Lips, and I’ll be back every 4 – 6 weeks as long as I’m in Atlanta. Calling all men in Atlanta — if you’re looking for the best wax of your life, you need to book an appointment with Regina!

This was my 1st time at Sugar Lips/​Wax Studio. Micky did a brow wax & tint; she was wonderful! The location is great & easy to find. Parking was not a problem at all (went on a Sunday) I really liked the online booking too. Nice to get reminders regarding my up coming appt that I made a week prior. So glad to discover this place; Micky did a great job and is super sweet! Ty!

Let me just say I am so thankful my hairdresser recommended Micky to me for my waxing needs! I love going to sugar lips studio!!! I was a wax virgin until I moved to Atlanta and my sister recommended Micky! She is so wonderful! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She talks to you through the whole process and gets your mind off of the whole ordeal. These services are more intimate than most, so it’s exceedingly important that you feel comfortable with the person performing those services.
I have been with Micky for over 3 years now and she is the best. She makes you feel comfortable, at ease, and like she is your confidant. That personality makes the situation that would normally be awkward not so much.
She also does her work in a sanitary, sterile way which is why I started going to her years ago. No double-​dipping here (yes I have been places that do that!). She also does her work in a way that leaves NO ingrowns! Wahoo!
In short, I highly recommend!
