I will not go back to this place. While the technician was very sweet and certainly doing her best, I left with hair on my crotch, wax all over and bleeding. The hard wax was entirely wrong for eyebrows, my eyebrows are uneven and, where she did wax, i still have hair. Wholly disappointed.

I have been here twice (each time for a brazillian + eyebrow wax) and have had a great experience. The people are friendly and both technicians I saw did I great job. They use hard wax so the hair is removed with just the wax (no cloth strips to make the pull worse). I would really recommend this place– great location and excellent service!

Suddenly the fifty dollar perfection of a Brazilian wax I get from Lane at Wax is worth a thousand bucks!
Just because you stick a Brazilian girl who barely speaks English in a room does NOT mean she is able to perform a Brazilian wax!!! It hurt more than ever (and I am not a newbie, I’ve had at least a dozen waxes), not fully clean, leaves you bleeding (yes! Blood! That was a first for me) and with wax left on your skin. They double dip the same stick, which is a basic no no, and do not apply anything on ur skin when u are done. I came here on a two for one livingsocial deal and they can keep the second wax… Will NOT BE BACK! ugh!
