Please avoid this company at all costs. Our agent, also named Laura, is impossible to get in touch with by her personal phone and in the dozen or more times I’ve tried calling the office and leaving messages, I’ve never once heard back from any representative of the business. Maintenance requests usually take 3 – 5 weeks to get resolved and are only addressed because of repeated emails, calls, voicemails and texts to Laura’s personal phone. They have no direct maintenance phone line in case of emergency. Additionally, we sent a letter with our rent check one month that was never acknowledged, although the check was deposited of course. I just tried to find them on the BBB site to file a complaint and couldn’t. I’m started to wonder who I’m actually writing my rent checks to each month. If the owner of the property on Donald Drive in Marietta comes across this post, please get them to give you our numbers and call us. We would love to actually speak to the owner of our house to explain what we’ve had to put up with so they can ditch Sterling Chase.
