Morgan Whittemore-PHP & Associates

This is in response to Heather M.‘s review below. Her whole review is totally false. Sure she owned the home in the manner of her name being on the mortgage, but had not paid toward the mortgage of that home or any other repairs, maintenance or upkeep of the home for over 7 years. Neither Keller Williams nor Morgan Whittemore had any wrong doing in the involvement of this home. This is simply a review from a vindictive, spiteful and angry person.

This is a review of a specific realtor, Morgan Whittemore, not of the agency itself. Ms. Whittemore, formerly of Palmer House Properties in Atlanta, is not a realtor I would ever recommend.
I own a home with another person who is friends with Ms. Whittemore. Ms. Whittemore agreed to rent our home without my knowledge or consent. When I found out about this and contacted Ms. Whittemore about this she said she did not know the home was not solely owned. She then said she contacted the co-​owner and the agreement was cancelled.
However, I found out later that though the contract entered through Palmer House Properties was cancelled Ms. Whittemore assisted the co-​owner in deceiving me by helping her draw up an agreement on her own and she was paid her commission. This could possibly be the reason she is no longer at PHP.
I highly recommend that if you’re considering utilizing her as a realtor you reconsider. Ms. Whittemore is unethical or incompetent at best, either way she is not trustworthy.
