Kaitlin Ponce — State Farm is the absolute best agency out there. Kaitlin is smart, attentive, and always puts the customer first. For the longest time I only had car insurance but now have a Roth IRA, IRA, and a savings/​mutual fund plan. I previously invested with Fidelity and Merrill Edge and Kaitlin Ponce-​State Farm takes better care of me than either of those two big companies ever did; she was honest about the fees that are charged whereas the other two companies weren’t. She tells you what options are available without being pushy and explains State Farm’s offerings in a way that I can understand. While I was waiting for insurance to kick in on my new job, I purchased emergency coverage which was quick and easy with Kaitlin and she even took the time to follow up with me to make sure she cancelled the insurance in time so I would avoid any unnecessary charges. She truly cares about the customer. I’ve had insurance with a couple other State Farm agencies and no one has taken better care of me then Kaitlin, hence why I’m writing this review! On top of that, Kaitlin is also extremely friendly and personable. If you want the best of the best, go to Kaitlin Ponce!

Kaitlin Ponce is fantastic to work with! She was able to set up my renter’s insurance in no time at all. She worked around my hectic schedule to make sure all my needs were met and made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered.
