Established in 2011.

I come from afamily of bakers and caterers anddeveloped a love for baking at a very young age. Over the yearsI enjoyed playing withflavors in all aspects of my cooking and two years ago started to apply the creativity to my cupcakes and so far they have been a success! At the requests of friends and family I recently ventured into making cupcakes for friends and family events, receiving superpositive feedback and more and more suggestions/​requests for flavors. So with this encouragement of my friends, family, and wonderful husband I decided tostart a small businessthat mightallow me toshare thesedelicious treatswith a broader audience.

I wanted to edit my review after purchasing a couple more orders from Loni. I wish I could bump it from 5 to 6 stars because each additional time, she went above and beyond for custom design requests, delivery, and turnaround time. I found myself looking for reasons to purchase her cupcakes because my events were hits with the designs and the deliciousness of the cake batter. So sad to have moved away from Atlanta and no longer the ability to retain her services!

I normally don’t take time for reviews, but I felt the need to after being such an
extremely amazing experience through Loni at ITTC.
Communication
Not only was she quick to respond, she was very thorough about following up and staying in contact.
Design
I requested she create a custom design based off of a cartoon. The cupcakes turned out better than I ever could have anticipated, and it was hard eating them, they were so cute. Her ability to transfer what I had in mind to a real cupcake was astounding.
Quality
Even though I went with the basic chocolate option, the cupcakes tasted amazing and were very fresh.
Delivery
Loni delivered the cupcakes right to my house, which made for a great birthday surprise.
Pricing
The price for custom cupcakes was very reasonable, and well worth the money for such a custom dessert to add to the birthday experience.
I can’t wait to find another reason for custom cupcakes or an occasion to recommend Loni to a friend.

Loni at ITTC is extremely accommodating and professional. I’ve used ITTC for a 50th Birthday party/Mother’s Day, a baby shower, and a welcome gift for our new neighbors, and every time the cupcakes have been adorable and a huge hit!
