Stopped in to visit another restaurant in this casual food court atmosphere. Since there was an hour wait for the other stall, we decided to have a biscuit and gravy. I am not a cook, so I cannot tell you what they used in the gravy, but I can say that it was very yummy. Just a touch of spice — just enough to make your mouth sizzle without sending my rather bland taste buds into overdrive. Since we are from another state, I won’t be back. But I suggest local dwellers take the time to stop in. As another reviewer mentioned, there was fresh challah bread as well to be had.

Did you guys know this place has challah on Fridays??? Please order it so they’ll keep doing it! It’s really yummy too… They are also just super cool people. Neighborhood bakery feel, which I love!

I had a sausage biscuit with blueberry jam and a coffee one morning and found it all to be quite ordinary. The biscuit had been made some time prior and held in a warming tray. I am very particular about the quality of biscuits. Coffee was not as good as other nearby places. I will return to try a bagel.

Looking for breakfast in the village, and I decided to try something new. This might be the BEST bacon egg and cheese bagel I’ve ever tasted! The bagel was soft on the inside with a chewy outside, and covered in everything goodness! The bacon was high quality thick, salty, flavorful bacon. The egg was cooked while I waited and the cheese was perfectly melted. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!

I didn’t even know how much I was anticipating this great new addition to the neighborhood! The biscuits are warm and fluffy, the bagels are soft on the inside with the perfect bite outside. Homemade pimento cheese and jam, what more could you ask for? Using local ingredients and fulfilling every dish with a little extra TLC, I have tried pretty much everything on the menu and still can’t find a favorite! I absolutely adore them all! The space is super funky, and hosts an array of other vendors to check out, which I plan on doing soon. But for now, my breakfast and lunch cravings have been alleviated in the absolute best way.

So very excited about this addition to East Atlanta Village! I’ve been following Chef Lauren Raymond since her days at Miller Union. Real boiled and baked bagels without having to go to Emory/Druid Hills is a thing of joy, but those biscuits… OMG, especially the one with pimento cheese and bacon! It is also really cool and EAV that she is doing this as a stall at the«Global Grub Collective»… former Urban Cannibals space. So quick and easy!
