Went in to get my screen repaired and was told they do not honor the 25% off. So if you decide to use them don’t drive all the way over under that premise…
There is one 1 mile away for $ 129 and 20% off. As a matter a fact after calling around this place was at least $ 30 more than average.
I live in Buckhead and would have been perfect but no Bueno.

They honored the 25% off first repair and got the best deal on fixing my galaxy s5 lcd screen!!! The manager (andrew?) was so nice and friendly… and got my phone looking brand spanking new within 2 hours. I hope to not ever break my phone again but ull definitely be back if i do.

The short: Doesn’t honor Unilocal deals. iPhone screen does’t feel anywhere near original.
My advice: Skip this place.

Aw Man, I hate being the first bad review for a business. After all, these fabulous reviews are what got me in the door!
Let me tell you about that fateful day… I have a lovely house with a nice, loooooong driveway. One morning, I dropped my iPhone at the top of said driveway and watched it gracefully slide all the way to the bottom… on it’s screen. After the longest stream of obscenities to date, were unleashed, I called iDeviceMD to see if they could fix the ungodly horror that was now my iPhone.
Alex answered the phone and was very polite. He said their last appt was in 15min and if I could make it, he could fix it. Boom! I am so there. I had a bit of a hard time finding their exact location because the name of the business and the name on the storefront don’t match. Hmmm. But hey, who cares what they call themselves, right?! My iPhone was about to be all better.
Alex ran me through the process, told me how long it would take and then had me sign an «agreement». Said agreement had a price listed on it. I told Alex that I had checked in on Unilocal and wanted to claim that check-​in deal (25% off first time customers, no exclusions noted). This is where things got fishy…
I was told that I couldn’t redeem this deal because I was already getting a discount and you can only get one. Ok, that makes sense. But my printed «agreement» doesn’t show a discount.
Why? No one could answer that.
Ok then, what was the discount for? No one could answer that either.
Finally I was told that this is a new discounted price and that coupons don’t apply. Umm… if this is your «price» then you would indeed have to honor coupons on that «price». The whole thing was super shady and basically seemed like a scam to get you in the door. Me no likey.
Work was done in the promised amount of time and I headed out with a happy iPhone, or so I thought. After having the screen replaced here I notice that there’s a sharp edge from the home button onto the screen. It’s not flush like before, and my favorite screen protector no longer works with it because the curve is more pronounced on this screen. I really hope I never have to deal with the screen of death again, but if I do, I won’t rush to find a place to repair it. And, I won’t be visiting this place again, whatever name they’re going by. Lesson learned.

iDeviceMD does fantastic work! I had my iPhone 5s screen replaced and it works as good as new! They had reasonable prices and their customer service if phenomenal. I’d recommend iDeviceMD to anyone I know.

Basically destroyed my iphone 5 screen getting out of the car one morning. Brought it to the Roswell location and within an hour had a brand new screen and protector. Really friendly staff and reasonably priced. Couldn’t be happier with the result

Very good job, same day appointment, and pretty fast. Had it all done in an under an hour for $ 85 (after using the $ 15 off Unilocal deal). I also signed up for their insurance deal which is $ 65 and includes any fixes for a broken/​cracked phone for free for the life of the phone plus a screen protector and new phone case.
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 just because there’s a bit of «haggling» when you call to make an appointment (they’ll easily drop the price down from $ 119 to $ 99) and still I think $ 99 is expensive.

Just had my Galaxy S4 screen repaired. It was pretty damaged and Brandon did a great job fixing it in an hour and a half for a great price and threw in a sweet waranty deal as well. I definitely recommend getting your phone fixed here.

IDeviceMD is absolutely great. A lifesaver. I smashed my IPad screen yesterday and found this nearby shop through Unilocal.I got an immediate appointment for repairs. I left the IPad with the shop overnight and I have it back now, less than 24 hours later, in mint condition. The folks are professional, friendly, and excellent in what they do. Now, I can continue listening to my latest audiobook — a Stephen King novel, Mr. Mercedes!

I cracked my iPhone 5c and was searching for a place that was inexpensive and took more than an hour. After reading reading reviews, I took a chance and called. There was immediate response. The operate read extremely friendly, professional and efficient. Went in, the gentlemen explained everything in detail. Price was cheaper than going to the apple store and took advantage of the lifetime warranty. Took less than an hour to fix.
Extremely satisfied.

Our daughter had dropped and cracked her new iPhone 5. We found the iDeviceMD number and they were most pleasant on the phone. They promptly gave us an appointment for that day. We brought the phone to Matt and he said the work would be done in about 1 hour. We left and did some errands and the repair was done in less time than promised. We were extremely happy with our experience and the phone looks new. What a great facility and friendly team.

Great company and good service. I took my wife’s iPhone there for screen replacement. They took care of it easily. Their point person was nice. As a big customer service person, I’m glad I took it there and not someone else. No problems since then.
