Sara is my favorite! I’m a particularly hairy lady and she knows just how to take care of me with very little to no pain. I love this place!

Great no frills place to get eyebrows threaded. Not sure of the name of the woman who threaded my brows but she did a good job.

First experience here was amazing and outstanding (my daughters own words)
We signed in and maybe waited 6 minutes before being seen. She (Naseen) worked really well with my girls and was fast and very patient. I will definitely come back and do my eyebrows (I loved what I saw when I came in)

Love them but high turnover. I get hooked on one person and then she’s gone in a month

I have been a regular for years. Sabina may have just changed that. Upon my arrival she was outside talking on the phone… she came in behind me, greeted me and pointed to her chair. She was rough and threaded as though my brows were not attached to me, ouch! Ugh…

Been a regular at this place for years. They are quick and reasonably priced. I go to Sabina. She does a great job and always makes sure I am satisfied. I’m usually just have my eyebrows threaded but there offer threading services all over the face. They also offer waxing and henna.

Cannot in good conscience not write about the experience I just had at this place. Was seen by Sabina – she did my eyebrows so quickly and with such little precision that the thread broke multiple times; I have never had this happen before. My eyebrows are bushy, uneven, and look worse than when I came in. Sabina did a sloppy, careless, rushed job. One eyebrow has a straight line at the top, the other is curvy. I asked her to just clean them up, and she took away several hairs at the arch – looks like I’m going to be filling them in for the next month. Simply awful.

Sabina is awesome!!! Her art work is beautiful!!! We walked in and she was able to see us right away! Can’t wait to come back!

The last time I had my brows done it was thanksgiving, so you already know my experience was PAINFUL, but I will say it was extremely quick. I’m not sure of the woman’s name, but she was very precise and kept my brows thick with a clean arch. This is my new spot! My first time here and I have no complaints.

I’ve been going here for about four years now and they do an amazing job. Sabina is my favorite because she always gets my eyebrows perfect even though one grows in a little weird.

My first experience with I-​Too was an episode of trial and error. After doing a bit more online research I discovered that Shoba was the secret behind their success. She is literally the best eyebrow threader I have ever experienced. It honestly didn’t hurt a bit! And she managed to keep my brows THICK and sculpted. However, after some time, I was hurt to hear that Shoba had retired. Ohhhhh the agony! So here I am again, scared to sit in an inexperienced chair. I hopped in the wrong chair probably twice before I discovered Rani. She hurt a bit more than Shoba, but my brows were PERFECTION.
After some time, Rani becomes a mother and moves away. I AM DEVESTATED. So here I am, on the hunt again for Atlanta’s perfect threader.

She did an amazing jobs in my eyebrows. Don’t ask her name because I’m not sure. But my eyebrows tho… talk about fleek! Lol she really did an excellent job. I always get my eyebrows threaded so I am use to it and it doesn’t hurt however she was really rough. I’ve gotten threaded by quite a few people and it never felt like the way she did it. It felt as if she was snatching my eyebrows off which she is but. it was just different and kind of hard to explain. At one point the thread even popped while she was in the process. But like I said the outcome was nice so I won’t complain… anymore lol. Oh yeah and it was only $ 9 just for eyebrows.

On Saturday May 23 I visited Eye Too salon to get my eyebrows threaded. I arrived at 7:15pm and waited 30 minutes to be serviced as there were only two employees working at the time. After the long wait I was finally called back to a chair. Sabina, the technician who serviced me was very slow and kept breaking the thread she was using on my brows. After 10 minutes of thread breaking she was finally finished with my eyebrows. I initially asked her to just «clean them up» because I like the natural shape of my eyebrows. The finished product was completely dissatisfying. First off, my brows were noticeably uneven. She made me look like I was raising one brow skeptically at something I disapproved of. Secondly they looked like they had barely been touched. I get my eyebrows done at least once a month at another salon and have NEVER experienced this before. As an East Atlanta resident I called myself trying to support a neighborhood business by patronizing a salon located in the Village. I will never go here again.
Lastly after being completely dissatisfied with the service I received I was charged full price for a service I didn’t even like. The company website has a price listing and eyebrow threading is supposedly $ 7, however, when I went to the register I was charged $ 9! I was not offered any type of discount for being dissatisfied or given any incentive to return to the salon again based on my dissatisfaction.
Eye Too in East Atlanta is a salon that I will never visit again. I am completely dissatisfied and disgusted with the way my transaction transpired.

Went in for threading and to try henna on my brows. The threading by Nadia was good. But then the henna did not work out. No shaping of my brows. I actually looked worse than when I came in. To be honest, it looked as if I took a permanent marker and filled in my brows. I didn’t see how bad it was in the shop. But when I got home in some bright light, I was livid.
I asked the technician (did not get her name) could she fill some of it in, and her response was that she followed my natural brow. I have very thin and fine brows, so I assumed she knew what I wanted. In the end, she did not. She used my non-​existent brows as the base.
So although the threading went well, I cannot give a good review due to the henna experience. I would have preferred it if she declined my request. Thankfully I found another salon that will fix the issue.

What a day I had at I Too today. First the woman who was supposed to open opened the store late and when I mentioned it to her she blamed it on traffic and began to tell me how «life happens». I made it my business to get to I Too today early because I am leaving for a business trip in a couple of hours and expect a store that say they open at 10:00 to open at that time (Especially if I called earlier in the week to find out exact hours and people who should be there). Next, the person I was waiting on (Selma) was 45 minutes late and she also blamed it on traffic after I mentioned I was waiting for almost an hour, in addition to saying how she was «never late» (but you were late today and I am here today so I don’t care about other times). After this, I was told that the price of $ 40.00 for a Brazilian and Brows are now separate and asked if I wanted to proceed. Of course, I want to proceed, I drove all the way down here for these services. Eventually Selma gave me at least one apology after I was waxed and I was charged the full price. Let’s calculate these numbers based on losing a customer who has been loyal to your business for over a year. You charged me an extra $ 4.00 due to the prices now being separate instead of going above and beyond and saying, «Yeah, you know what I had you waiting for an hour, I’m so sorry I’ll just charge you the normal $ 40.00 or give you a free brow next time you come» which never happened, now you lost $ 484.00 ($ 44.00×11months for the rest of the year) from me because of your lack of customer service and because you wanted your extra $ 4.00.
Also, I called the other I Too in Morrow to get the managers phone number (Quincy) only to first be given a wrong number, then when I called back only for the Morrow store to call the Atlanta store and tell them I called. Sad that I could not get a hold of Quincy and he is basically unavailable to handle «his business».
Finally, as a small business owner, you are going to make mistakes but what counts is how we rectify those mistakes and in this case you are saying that your paying customers are not worth it.
UPDATE: I found another place to get waxed and they DON’T double dip. It’s in Stockbridge and it’s called All About Waxing and Threading and notice the difference in customer care and service, yes.

This is just your standard eyebrow threading place! Prices are fair and their work is always great! I have always loved my experience and will continue to go back.

This place is great! I always love how my eyebrows look after getting them done here. The staff really takes their time to make your brows look perfect!

I love the way they do my eyebrows here they are quick and cheap sometimes there is a wait Friday evenings but they are not too long you could also call for an appointment.

Very quick and efficient. I have been to I Too before but I never thought I had a reason to venture back on this side of town for brows. Well, when my mom started talking about how thin my brows were etc, etc, I decided that I should go to where I have friends go that have decently shaped brows that are also thick.
I Too has a very simple process-​walk in, sign in and wait your turn. Most people ask for Shoba-​and I can see why, she does a very good job. I fail to remember the name of the young lady that did my brows but she is the very first threader that actually listened to me when I asked her to keep my brows thick and intact but clean them up. I actually walked out with 2 whole eyebrows and not one and a half (that’s another story about another chain threading company for another day).
Get this– it’s only $ 7!!! Can’t beat that with a stick.
This will be my new brow place unless I can’t get over here for some reason.
