A spot above the ‘hell-​hole ‘(check out my other review). Warmed up stale food.
I’m beginning to think that Atlantans do not know what Chinese food should taste like and they have settled for below mediocre! The food COULD have been good if it was FRESH!
If you enjoy smelly dumplings, chewy rib tips and stale fried chicken and rice, then this is your place!

My treks to try various Asian/​Chinese restaurants in the Atlanta area had left out HKC, so I decided to visit. I kept the carry-​out order simple: Fried Rice and Wonton Soup… they whiffed on BOTH!!! The wontons were TERRIBLY under cooked, to the point that I had to finish cooking them at home. The fried rice was so bland that it needed assistance from MY spice rack! SHAMEFUL!!!

Location can be off putting for sure but the service and food was good. Ordered the following:
crispy braised wings
sesame chicken with fried rice
kung pao chicken with fried rice
crab rangoon
large shrimp fried rice
For blackanese food which I’m very familiar with and probably originated from east LA, Oakland, southside chicago, or brooklyn; the food is pretty good. You may run into a couple of loiterers but just get takout.

OMG! I loveeeeeeeeeeee thier food. They cook to order so everything is fresh. You can’t beat that and it is clean in the inside a big plus for me. Fast and friendly. You can call your order in or go inside an order.
