Global VIP Limousine

I ordered a limo service from this company for my son’s prom for point to point transportation, they indicated that the 4hr minimum ($ 700) that was required to book was the full cost of the service. They neglected to tell me that they were going to charge me for the garage to garage time after the driver dropped off the passengers at the destination. The drop off and pick up took approximately 3hrs, round trip. The Global VIP then proceeded to charge my card another 319.00 for the garage to garage charge, or another two hours of service. I disputed it with my credit card company but since the garage to garage charge was in the fine print of the agreement, the charge was upheld. In no time during any of the conversations did they mention the possibility of this charge. Their website is
, their phone number is 1−800−943−5747. Any company who hides behind their fine print and doesn’t explain a material charge such as this is dishonest. To hide a charge that is nearly 50% of the original fare is crooked. No reputable company operates like this. I hope the extra 319.00 they swindled from me was worth it in reputational damage.

I ordered an Escalade limo and bottles of champagne for my best friend’s bachelorette party. I made 3 phone calls to confirm that I would be getting the Escalade Limo and the champagne and they assured me I would. They ended up sending an EXCURSION limo and NO champagne. The girls didn’t have anything to drink in the limo and we had to ride around in an old Excursion limo. I was embarrassed to say the least. This company is extremely shady (won’t even give me the address to their company or the phone number for the manager). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They also go under the name «Global VIP Limousine»
