It’s the first restaurant of it’s kind in the USA, established by Colombian-​born and Atlanta raised owner, Masha Hleap. At FuegoMundo you’ll experience delicious cuisine, beers & wines, spanning the continents of South America, Central America, The Caribbean & Spain in a casual & friendly world-​class environment, where foods are made-​to-​order & grilled to perfection on an exhibition wood-​fire grill using all-​natural untreated local oak wood. Masha Hleap, is Executive Chef & Owner of FuegoMundo, using a self-​taught back-​to-​basics approach to cooking, from her home country of Colombia (and from her «Mami») and from expansive travels, incorporating a wide variety of fresh herbs, veggies, fruits and spices, hormone-​free meats & poultries in her dishes, Tapas & cuisines from the countries of South America, Central America & Spain. Her passion for cooking, creativity and nutrition, are expressed in her mouthwatering made-​to-​order dishes, sauces and marinades that are healthy, naturally gluten-​free & 100% dairy-​free, creating an ideal landing spot for meat-​lovers, vegans & foodies.
