Masha Hleap, is Executive Chef & Owner of FuegoMundo, using a self-taught back-to-basics approach to cooking, from her home country of Colombia (and from her «Mami») and from expansive travels, incorporating a wide variety of fresh herbs, veggies, fruits and spices, hormone-free meats & poultries in her dishes, Tapas & cuisines from the countries of South America, Central America & Spain. Her passion for cooking, creativity and nutrition, are expressed in her mouthwatering made-to-order dishes, sauces and marinades that are healthy, naturally gluten-free & 100% dairy-free, creating an ideal landing spot for meat-lovers, vegans & foodies.
