Literally my favorite place to go for my nails now Wendy is my nail technician she’s amazing she can do anything this nail salon is modern and up-​to-​date they know about all the hottest designs and trending shapes and it’s not just one great nail tech it’s every single one of the staff.

The moment I walked into the door I was bombarded with bodies surrounding the checkout counter and nail drying station. This salon is a really tight space accommodating twice as many people than an average area salon. However, the bright side is due to the high demand there’s a sufficient amount of technicians. I didn’t wait for a chair nor to be serviced. The downfall is it’s so busy you barely get a sincere welcome. Everyone is practically rushing to get to a client.
The salon has two mascots. They’re miniature pups but it’s probably not the most comfortable situation given the pups wander freely. I almost squashed one of the cuties!
I do like the skill set here, clearly not any artist can be associated with this establishment. My nails are bomb! However, it wasn’t an in and out visit. I was there about 2 hours. My pedicure lady was very particular. Excluding the Polish it took 1.5 hours to do my pedicure! I get pedicures regularly so the issue wasn’t the condition of my feet. She clearly challenges herself to be exact. However, I was disappointed with my add-​on massage. It lasted 2 minutes and was weak!
My full set is amazing! The artist was very informative and smiled tremendously. He’s a little rough with removing acrylic nails and every 10 minutes he’d annoyingly tell me to relax my hands. With those exceptions, I’m satisfied.
I got solar nail powder for my ombré nails, gel toes + the active pedicure, polished and acrylic nails removal. I spent $ 139 total with gratuity.

This place is amazing and time efficient! I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and this is by farrrrr the best place I have ever stepped foot in!

This is my third and LAST time I’m going to Haute Nails. My gel manicure started chipping within the first week. When calling to make an appointment with one of the technicians I was told that she wasn’t working, but saw her in the salon working just a few hours later. This place is sketchy and has terrible customer service… not warm or welcoming at all. Unless you’re some C-​List celebrity, I suggest steering clear of this place. #nothaute

A few of my friends are loyal customers and have recommended the salon. Based on reviews and the impressive pictures I decided to give it a try.
I went to the salon this week for a fill-​in and a pedicure. The salon was busy for a Tuesday afternoon and I was promptly greeted and assigned to Barbie. I had a broken nail that broke at the base of my natural nail and was very painful. Barbie did inform me we would have to grow out my nail before we could fully repair it. Still while filing and buffing she asked if I had any discomfort which I greatly appreciated. She also listened to my needs and gave me a beautiful coffin shape.
My pedicure was great and my feet were left soft. I wish I had the name of the pedicurist. She used very hot water which I find to be more relaxing and spent adequate time scrubbing my feet. At most salons I have to ask them to spend more time.
What I really loved about The Haute Spot was their level of customer service. Barbie listened to my needs and did not feel burdened as many nail salons do. The location may be a little farther away for those in the Buckhead area but it is definitely worth the trip. I will be returning.

This used to be my hands down favorite nail place in Atlanta (and I’ve been to a lot) however the last few times I have been in I have been very disappointed.
I stopped getting pedicures here after watching the employees barely wash out the tubs between clients (they do NOT line their tubs with plastic) gross!
My last gel manicure was on Thursday. Tuesday three of my nails were chipped/​peeling. My friends (who I turned on to this spot) have been complaining of the same.
I have also noticed their tools (clippers, cuticle trimmers etc) are not in sterile packs or cleaned between clients.
Come on haute spot get it together !!! Just because you are now busier than ever doesn’t mean you can slack on cleanliness and quality !

I just came back from this, have been looking for a place to do my nails in the US since I moved from Brazil 2 years ago and could never find anywhere that would do a decent job, today this changed!!! Steve and Cindy were super nice, explained the types of manicure to me and took their time! My hands look like never before and I had a lot of fun

I absolutely love this place! I have been a few times but recently went back last night! The nail techs are all very nice and welcoming! I hadn’t had a pedicure in so long and the nail tech spent a lot of time and did not rush, which is important to me because I do have a lot of extra skin around my nail and also ingrown toenails. I’ll definitely make the drive from now on from Ponce city market because it is definitely worth it!!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good service, fun environment, and affordable prices!

Although they do amazing nails, I have stopped coming here on several occasions during the last two years due to the OBVIOUS racism exhibited by the owner! After boycotting the place for several months, I returned because a friend ASSURED me that things were much better. As I suspected, it hadn’t and the very obvious racist owner was still up to his nonsense! Not quite sure how you could discriminate against the very group of people who receive the MOST service from the nail industry!!!
Now, not all of the nail techs are openly discriminatory, but the one who runs this, definitely is!!! The irony of it is that he too belongs to a group of people that are quite frequently discriminated upon so for him to be so nasty to a group of people who contribute to his success!!!
Feel free to try them out! They do great but just beware of the kind of person you are giving your hard earned money to

Best pedicure ever and great prices! Popular place, I would recommend an appointment. Not the most relaxing environment because it is so busy but excellent services offered for low prices. It is great!

I made an appointment with a nail tech for 11am. I walked in and they sat me down and I sat there waiting for 40 minutes. I walked out and no one stopped me asking why I was leaving. I ended up calling and the guy on the phone pretty much told me it was my fault because I didn’t say anything. I’m sorry but when you make an appointment, you shouldn’t have to wait!!! That’s the point of making an appointment. I will not be back. Very poor customer service

This salon is by far the best in nail design… however… I first saw their Instagram page and was totally taken back with what they could do. They were up to date with all the new looks and styles. They are very overpriced with mediocre work. I got my nails done with gel powder only to have my pinky break a week later. I go to get it repaired for free which was their obligation then another week later the same pinky breaks. smh I look at all my other nails and I have cracks on 4 other nails… ready to come off. I paid 65 $ for a full plain rose colored two toned manicured set. Nothing even remotely fancy. I never went back, just took those nails off and went back to my regularly scheduled program after that. (Regular salon). It wasn’t worth it.

The rumors are true, this is the best nail salon in Atlanta. I live 30 minutes away, and let me tell you the drive is well worth it. Everyone is so skilled, I haven’t had a single bad experience. My go to person is Vicki, she’s so sweet and takes her time. I appreciate her the most because she is a diligent worker and always does an amazing job. Definitely visit this location if you haven’t already.

First time here and decided to try the gel powder. I hate the electric file but that is what comes with the territory. So far so good with this place. I didn’t make an appointment. It was relatively packed for a Friday around 1. I will see how my next visit goes before I go in detail.

This place is too expensive and over rated. I visited this place because I saw a clients nails and they looked great. When I got to the place it looks like a cluddered mess. They have raggedy nail booths and everything was jammed packed into a small space.
Moving forward, my nails came out looking like I have chicklets insirped nails… All of my co-​workers said they look OK, but I’m not OK with showing them off. Also, they left a bunch of polish on my fingers.
On a good note, they can do a lot of designs and they seem to be updated on the new trends. Will I return??? Only if I have enough cash to get the good designs. If I’m on the budget … Hell no I will stick to my regular place.

Went to get my nails done and while I was waiting I saw 2 women speaking with an employee. Then I saw the owner David rushing over, shoving myself and someone else in the process. Apparently they lost a customers WEDDING RING! Then the owner yelled at the two women trying to get the ring back. Saying he couldn’t stop what he was doing to look for it. She said she’d call the police and he said «GO AHEAD!» Then she asked his name and he said «it’s David, I’m the owner». He acted like a completely pathetic baby. I’ve never seen an owner of a business be so rude before.
I left without getting my nails done after seeing that. Glad I did.
Saw the police there when I walked by a few minutes later.

I made an appointment for 1pm on Saturday. When I arrived of course it was crowded being that it was the weekend. The salon is nicely decorated with a lot of stations to accommodate the high volume of customers.
My nail tech’s name was Bo. She was very nice! I wanted rainbow ombré nails. I showed her a picture and she was very helpful with suggesting what colors we should use. Her final work was amazing! Exactly what I wanted!
Be sure to make an appointment for this place. Even with an appointment I had to wait about half an hour but it was well worth it!

I went back less than a week later to get my thumbnail fixed. It turned out worse than before. Originally, after a $ 60 manicure, the thumb design started to peel. What you see now is how it looks. That’s ridiculous.
Nevermind the fact that i was treated as an annoyance when i came to get the nail (s) fixed, no one bothered to direct me to a place where I could wash my hands, and the work was even sloppier than before.
Bottom line: Don’t bother.

Already added on instagram and am a fan. They do the best designs in Atlanta. My friends make fun of my nails but I don’t care… I know they are secretly jealous.
I wish I knew the guy who did mine last time as I want to book an appointment with him again. He was really funny and did an amazing job.
It’s a little pricier but you get what you pay for. I always come out loving my designs!

Finally, a nail place that lives up to the hype on Unilocal.I thought I found good nail places before but Haute Spot proved me wrong!

I have had traditional pink and white for over 15 years until I was talked in to ombré and I’ll never go back! It looks natural and I get so many compliments. My nails also last 3 weeks with no chips or peeling.
My first pedicure, I had no idea what I was getting in to. The salt scrub they lather on will give you chills and the mud mask with hot towels wrapped around your feet and legs will have you speaking in tongues!
The pedicure chairs are unreal too! The remote is the size of my car and has all the delicious options! Deep leather chairs with intensity options for how strong you want your massage. Legs, hips (hello!), neck, back and arms. The chair alone is worth the cost of the pedicure!
The Haute Spot mascot is an adorable tea cup yorkie named Diesel. He will randomly greet you throughout your visit. If you’re lucky he’ll sit with you or kiss your fingers!
