Specialties
Pursuing fitness can be difficult, but always rewarding. While sweating and being sore are part of the process, it doesn’t mean it can’t be fun. We are a comprehensive fitness studio offering diverse and fun classes to ensure you are always challenged and never bored. The classes are designed to produce fast results, with change seen in as little as 10 days.
The sculpt exercises are derived from ballet, yoga, Pilates, and weight training to work the ancillary muscles and major muscle groups through focused, repetitive movements for a deep burn.
The cardio and boot camp classes are interval classes, designed to trick your heart into working hard. We now offer TRX, which delivers a fast, effective total-body workout, helping build a rock-solid core, and increase muscular endurance through a suspension system.
We also offer two stretch and tone classes and two candlelight stretch classes per week, designed to build strength and flexibility while facilitating a deep release of physical, mental, and emotional effects of everyday stresses.

Originally from Los Angeles, Julie is the owner, visionary and architect of F2B. Julie’s high-energy classes are designed to give you a serious workout while also having fun in an environment filled with light and love. F2B really is Julie’s happy place and clients say they thrive in her presence. Join Julie for sweating, toning, achieving, laughing, sharing, and most of all, shaking! Julie teaches private and trio workouts, as well as Classic Body Sculpt and Barre, Arms and Abs, Abs, Thighs and Glutes, Boot Camp, Cardio Barre and Cardio Interval ‘80s.
