I just received the best customer service at 10:03pm by the staff on duty 11−17−15. The computers were screwing up and the staff was accomodating. The manager on duty was a pleasant african american female with natural hair and there was a gentleman employee who finished assisting me. The store was clean and maintained, fully stocked with all sorts of items you may need from paper clips to snacks. 4 out of 5 stars because I killed some red roach looking bug crawling about where I was sitting but there was some bum looking dude sitting across from me it probably came from him smh lol other than that, thanks guys really appreciate your help.

What a waste of time and their employees are completely worthless… they are NO HELP at all! Literally they sat around chatting and joking. I won’t be coming back! I should have read the reviews first. I just wasted so much time trying to scan and email some documents to myself only for the guy to tell me their scanners don’t work. H me then asked if I could just fax them… Are you going to pay for me to fax them butthole!?? NEVER AGAIN will I be visiting this fedex office or any for that matter. I’d have better luck at the library!

This place used to be just fine. Get in, get out. Now the service is horrendous. Takes forever, scanners don’t work and they don’t even tell you that till you’ve wasted 20 minds. «Oh yeah, those don’t work». Face palm. That’s your business people. Get it together

Need help shipping, printing, faxing, etc? You should stop by. Friendly staff they will show you the most effective cost efficient way to get what ever you need to get done. Not too busy when I stopped by, so I was in and out really quick.

This location is one of the new eBay Drop Off Centers. I’m loving the eBay Sell For Me program, if that’s what it’s officially called. It’s nice to skip preparation of the eBay listings myself and avoid the time spent working with buyers.
I’m glad to have a drop-​off space that is convenient for me.

super super slooooooooow service!!! I came to drop off a package and no one has greeted me or asked if I needed any help. Don’t ever come at night or else you might have to take a sleeping bag and wait in line

Really helpful. They went out if their way to help me print a birthday flyer. They even edited the file and cut the paper for me since I was going to do it myself.

I am shocked at the level of «Couldn’t care less» exuded from the staff at this specific location. I was in a rush (Hey, aren’t we all these days?) and needed to get some things printed. I stood at the counter as three, count em THREE, employees walked by me and didn’t even say a word. The employee behind the counter made it evident that she didn’t really want to be there and then proceeded to walk up to the front and just stare at me. I was in disbelief.
However, I needed my printing done, dude! I let her know that I had emailed my files about 5 minutes ago and her response was «Ok, it will take a few minutes» and then she walked away without even looking at her computer. She came back about 5 minutes later, checked the computer, pulled up my files, and printed them without even showing me a proof. Her lack of interest was annoying at that point. I just started laughing. She slumped up to the register to ring me up with no verbal interaction or eye contact. I looked at her the entire time and she never engaged me at all.
The good news? The printer works hard. The people, however, do not.

Wow, there’s a reason this place has such a low rating.
I was in the store for all of five minutes and I hope I never have to go back. My boss sent me on a quick errand to make a few copies. I’ve never been inside a FedEx Office before, but I knew they had self-​service machines and it would be relatively easy to figure out how to work them.
I went to the first machine I saw. Nobody was standing over in that area, but a male employee quickly came running up to me when he saw me pull out my credit card to begin using it and practically shooed me away from the thing saying it was being used. Well, excuse me! I apologized, even though HE was so rude about the whole thing, and moved to another machine. He continued to talk out loud AT me about how it wouldn’t have worked and blah blah blah. I tuned him out, but I knew from his tone that he was trying to make me feel like an idiot. Okay??? Not a soul was near the machine and there was no indication it was in use! Did you really need to continue talking about it after I apologized and moved to another printer? I’m sure you’re very important and super knowledgable about printers, so that must make you feel very superior to me, the lowly customer who’s never set foot inside your store before.
I was so flustered about the whole thing and wanted to get the hell out as fast as possible that I ended up using the wrong paper size and therefore paid more than I wanted. I just assumed the default paper setting would be 8.5×11 and it wasn’t. I don’t know if the person before me had used that size and I didn’t notice and it doesn’t reset? I don’t know. I don’t know how the machines work, but I definitely didn’t change it myself. I wasn’t paying attention. Like I said, my goal was to get out of there as fast as I could in case the guy wanted to come back up to me and try to make me feel even dumber about something else. I admit I’m a bit oversensitive about things like that, but it still was so unnecessary for him to act the way he did. You’d have thought I was about to blow up the planet by using that printer the way he went on about it. A simple, «I’m sorry, ma’am, this printer is being used» would’ve been just fine, thanks!

Never rated ANY store this low. They are highly inefficient and are too lazy to check on supplies for you, i.e., calendars. Instead a male told me «we’re busy — but you can come in and check for yourself». Female told me today «not sure — supplies haven’t been opened — check by later». When you go in, they totally disregard you and forget it if you need help with anything… it’s like reinventing the wheel. Unfortunate that at one time after first opened, they ran really well… but you can tell the employees have zero interest in their job.

After emailing over my document, the prints were not ready when we got there hours later. I was not acknowledged at the desk for several minutes. The staff was rude, disorganized, and did not seem ready or able to help. It is a great facility with very up-​to-​date equipment, but no one seems to be helpful enough to use it.

I’ve honestly not had any experience with the actual people here — Not that I can remember.
The place is «a-​ok» because it’s open 24 hours a day and I have always been able to run in, print something fast, and run back out when I’m already late for whatever I need a print-​out for.
Other than that, I’m constantly annoyed that if I want to print something from my email through the computer, it costs me like $ 0.50 per page (no matter if it’s two pages on one piece, double sided — I should be rewarded with a discount for saving paper) as opposed to like 9 or 10 cents to print it from a flash drive. I know NOT having a reliable or existent flash drive these days is like not having a cell phone. Regardless, I would love to be able to choose whether I am using beautiful, glossy, thick paper or like a sheet that is one paper-​thread-​count (I made that up) away from some TP.

Last week I stopped in here to order some new calling cards. First of all, when you go into the store to order them you just get on their computer and order them online and have them shipped to a store. I might as well have done it at home online. Oh well. So I uploaded my image and placed my order and a sheet printed out behind the counter. I went to pick up my confirmation from the employee who had me sign one copy and confirmed the design was correct. I asked if I paid then or when I picked them up and he said when I pick them up and they would call me in a few days when they were ready.
Fast forward six days when I have not heard anything and call them. I am told by the person on the phone that my order was never completed because no deposit was put down. I ask her for more information and explain that I was told to pay when I picked them up. I express my frustration because I was told the order would only take a few days and now I won’t get them until next week. She never once apologizes for the error but says I can come back in, pay, and have the order completed. Then she tells me that she is leaving for the day in less than 90 minutes and I need to deal only with her in order to remedy the situation. When I say I cannot drop everything and get there within 90 minutes she sounded frustrated.
At that point I said I was just going to order them elsewhere because I was extremely disappointed with their level of service. Still no apology, just a snippy «okay then.»

I used these guys about a year ago, once, when I had a big package that UPS wouldn’t ship due to size. FedEx ships larger packages to a business address and the Kinko’s are open 24/​7, so this was an easy choice for me. Bad choice, but easy. I insured the package for $ 600, filled out the paperwork, and handed it to the dude behind the counter. My first annoyance though was I had to fill out paperwork only to have the guy type it all in to you the computer, that seemed stupid. Office Depot’s UPS ship center gives you the keyboard to type it all in on your own, that saves a TON of time. So, whatever.
The item arrives and the buyer emails me, the package is destroyed, the item inside is trashed. Of course. So I call FedEx and they are quick to handle it, sending me a check for $ 19.80. Huh? The shipping alone was $ 89.75. Another call, a lot of number reading, and I get a check for $ 110.xx. Huh? Another call, turns out the moron behind the counter entered my insurance amount at $ 100, not $ 600. Needless to say I had to fight it, prove to the manager of the store, have her call FedEx, and jump through a million hoops before I finally got reimbursed. That’s crap. If you don’t know the difference between a 1 and 6, you don’t need to be typing numbers into a computer.
