Chase Bank

We have been customers of Chase for several years now, but not in the traditional sense. We’ve had an auto loan through the bank and they have always been easy to work with from an electronic perspective and my first visit to an actual branch was had recently.
Now, Edgewood would be busy if was during the superbowl during a hurricane and the power had gone out, so I wasn’t too stoked about fighting for a parking spot. The good news is that the space near Chase and B&N isn’t nearly as crazy as Target or Kroger, so parking is typically wide open and ripe for the picking. Good to know if need be for future visits.
The staff here was great. I was immediate greeted when I walked in and took a seat to work with one of the associates. They handled everything with ease and made sure I understood everything that I needed to. Also, the cleanliness of the store is pretty immaculate and they even offer some light refreshments. Score on the hospitality front!
I only have great things to say about Chase and I’ve truly enjoyed being a customer of theirs. Glad to have this branch when we need is. Especially one that is so close to home.

Good location, good service, good parking. The line is never too long, but I seem to often get stuck behind the people who have either a bazillion transactions or one really complicated one. And to that end, I get that not every employee is a teller but do non-​tellers really have to sit around having the time of their lives while I’m waiting in line?
I’m bitter, I know.
P. S. The name of this Chase bank now shows up on Unilocal as just «Edgewood.» Obviously the name of the bank is not Edgewood. This is a Chase bank. Editing is disabled for this listing, so it’s doomed to be listed incorrectly.
