I get this is Delta slot base, but my god this club has to improve. Claustrophobia, few outlets, one bathroom, and no shower await paying members. Come on, guys. Connecting via CLT next time.

Good spot to relax before being on stuck on a flight. Although I was only traveling to Philadelphia from Atlanta I wanted to work a bit and catch up on emails, etc. The Lounge was quiet, however it seemed a bit cramped. The food was good and I was glad I was able to serve myself for coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks. I would give 5 stars, but one star subtraction for the small space and there was no salad dressing for the items at the salad counter.

This rating is for customer service. My husband is executive platinum, which gets him little in my opinion. His membership to Admirals Club is what really turns things around when he has trouble w arrangements. What he can’t accomplish on the phone or at ticketing or at the gate he always get done at the club. Even when he wants to help fellow travelers, sometimes on other airlines. He travels a lot, 100+ flights already this year. The service is consistent at clubs everywhere. They treat him like he really is a valued customer!

I took a shower at an airport. This shower had 8 different places from which hot water could assault my weary frame. It was a spa quality, fantastic experience. Furthermore, this wasn’t some nonsense shared-stall locker room shower. I had a key and a door and my own entire bathroom, complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I don’t give a crap about lounge amenities between airports because they are mostly the same(ok snacks, decent complimentary booze). I don’t understand why I need to tell you anything else. Shower in an airport lounge.

I really wasn’t that impressed with this location — more so because of the staff! It was like I either was bothering them or they didn’t care too much to wait on me. The size was nice, the place was clean and they had decent snacks — so overall — it beats the heck out of the main terminals!

I’m noticing a pattern in my travels. airport lounges and airport hotels(or actually anything at the airport) are terrible. There are of course different levels of terrible and this Admirals Club is one step up the ladder in terms of being better than let’s say a Delta or United lounge. The only real difference between this and let’s say a United lounge is that you can get your own soda from a machine and they have soup. The rest is identical, dated beaten up furniture, loud people on cell phones and not enough power sockets. A day pass costs $ 50 and I wouldn’t recommend it unless your flight has been delayed.

This is a small admirals club compared to others but it’s very well kept. It has most of the amenities that the others in large cities have. The staff working there is incredibly friendly and helpful if you need to get your flight or seat changed. There isn’t much of a view as the windows are very high, so it’s a bit darker inside. If you’re wanting to take a nap it’s quiet enough that you won’t be disturbed

So disappointed!!! Join club got the credit card… Ready to relax and enjoy 2 hour lay over. Wow really out of most sandwiches(that we buy) by 2:45… Get told what 2 sandwiches were left! Ordered a cola and saw it was noticeably flat. No apologies … I was told I could try the self serve soda fountain it maybe better! Oh yeah, only snack at that point was pretzel trail mix. Few minutes later as cookies came out the hungry people wiped it out in seconds. People we joined for all that crazy stuff to be there!

Compared to other Admiral’s Club locations(Dallas, Chicago, New York), the Atlanta version is way below average. The bartender had a terrible attitude, the television was set to a non-HD channel, the kitchen seemed to have no food(«we’re out» was a common refrain from the passive aggressive bartender), and the size of the club was very small compared to other locations. If you think that all Admiral’s Club locations are the same, think again. This Atlanta version is pretty terrible.

If you have a decent wait or layover the admirals club is a decent way to be a little more comfortble and not crowded or standing huddled in the corner of the local airport bar. If you don’t have a delay or a layover, then there isn’t much need, but if youdo, it is a good perk to have.

I fly every week of my life for work and I am going to go on record to say my latest trip on American Airlines was the worst. They must only hire people with bad… no wait, really bad… attitudes. I flew from Atlanta, Ga, through Miami to St. Croix, VI. I was going down on a business trip. I had to change the flight back home and you would have thought I was trying to fly through Italy on the way to Atlanta. Not only was the front desk lady miserable but every time I talked to someone they gave me a different answer. I had to buy a new ticket to get home or it would have cost double the amount of the original ticket. OH and when I did get on the early flight it was only about 60% full. On my flight home, I was out in the heat of St. Croix… got on the flight just in time exhausted and thirsty… I begged for a glass of water and got nothing. When beverage service finally did get around it was like I was asking for champagne refills when I wanted more water. Delta gives me a whole bottle if I need it. SUCKVILLE.

DONOTFLYAMERICANAIRLINES. After having to reschedule a flight, their customer service rep and manager promptly told us there was nothing they could do. We should have bought a «compassion ticket.» Seriously, who is thinking«what special ticket should I buy to come home for my mom’s CANCERSURGERY?» American Airlines has the worst customer service. After speaking civilly and elevating the conversation to a manager, they still charged us a fee to change my sister’s flight to come home for mom’s CANCER surgery! DON’T FLYAA. I have been an AA customer for years, but am now convinced that this airline doesn’t care about its customers; they only want to protect THEIRBOTTOMLINE, THEIRPROFITS. American Airlines – worst customer service, terrible policies. they’re only looking out for themselves. DONOTFLYAMERICANAIRLINES.

Recently, I rolled in around 7:30 on a Sunday night. The sign at the door says they are open until 8:00 — just enough time to use the restroom and grab a few drinks before catching my next flight, I think. After checking in at the front, I head towards the bar and notice that the A/C is off and it is noticeably warmer than the terminal. OK, I have a half hour, I will cool off with a drink at the bar. I get to the bar, and all the bottles are gone and the cabinets are closed. I ask the bartender«Are you still open?» «Yes» he says. «Until 8:00». I order a vodka tonic. He spends the next several minutes looking for another bottle of house vodka because the one he has is nearly empty and there is not enough for a regular-strength drink. He apologizes, saying they are«out of vodka». The whole time there are multiple bottles of Absolut and Grey Goose in the cabinet. Then he says«You’re going to get what we have.» Great, I think — he’s going to top it off with one of the bottles he has and I will get something better than the well brand. Wrong! What I get is tonic water added to the glass. When I suggest that he add one of the numerous bottles of call brand vodka he does have on hand, he tells me that those are not complimentary. Another customer comes in and orders a drink only to be told that they are out of whatever it is he wanted. I trudge back to my seat to sweat and savor my weak drink while the cleaning crew nosily beings putting things away. Then someone who is apparently the supervisor comes out and loudly tells everyone that they need to get moving, that they close at 8. I look at my watch — it is about 7:40. Enough time for one more drink, I think — maybe I’ll try one of the Atlanta microbrews they offer. Nope! «We’re out of them, all we have is Bud, Miller, and Coors.» No thank you! I settle on red wine. He pours the remnants of a bottle of Cabernet(way less than half a glass) and makes no attempt to open one of the many other bottles that he has on hand to give me a full glass. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Just half a glass of wine. I gulp it down head back into the terminal when it is cooler. Yes, it was Sunday evening near closing time. But it was not like I came in at 7:59. The A/C should have been running(it was working fine when I was there two days before) and if they are out of well vodka they should have given me what they had. I should have received a full glass of wine. The bartender’s customer service skills needed some adjustment. Sure, he probably had a long day. But so did I, and I am paying his salary through my ticket purchase and membership fee. He wasn’t rude, but he certainly did not see things from the customer’s point of view. Overall, the atmosphere is typical airline club. Plenty of power outlets and a quiet area for working. They offer the option of purchasing food(soups, salads, sandwiches) etc. which is nice.

So So. This admirals club is some what dated. Yes it is clean and some what. Front staff was very helpful, but the bartender and assistants were very rude. Snack selection was very limited to nuts and cookies. Only one coffee selection of coffee was available. I preferred to sky club down the gates. Better service and selection !!!

Oh Admirals Club. Dost thou haveth to tempt me so? Yes, this is a great Admiral’s Club. I first was introduced to Admiral’s Clubs when flying into NYC frequently, and found it to be the only ‘tonic’ that could sooth my loathing of LaGuardia’s American terminal(for those that haven’t had to camp there for hours, ummm… GROSS). So yes, this is a great concept(of having an airport lounge), and is especially well-done in Atlanta. I mostly am flying Delta now, but so what — can’t pass up this club if you have the membership or ability to get in. I have let my pass expire, but was ‘guested in’ by a colleague in Atlanta last week, and that probably tipped me over the edge into ‘buying in’ again. SO much more relaxing than sitting in the terminal, and I can actually focus to get work done, etc. Well worth it.

I stopped in after arriving on an early flight and axed if I could store my bag in the club since I was flying out that afternoon… I was told«no» due to heightened security… that is a bunch of b. s… I did stop back in before my flight to Daytona Beach to use the wireless network and have lunch. It is a nice club, small and yet spacious. I had a sandwich in the bar area and it was surprisingly very good. Total(for lunch) — $ 13.17

Flying into Atlanta? Don’t fly Delta. Fly American. They work out of the old international gates and you don’t have to take that train which cuts back on the time in a most massive way and thus you don’t have to listen to that voice barking you on the train with domorigato mr roboto voice. I know you’re supposed to be for the«hometeam» and love Delta and drink coca-cola all the time. Well you can my fellow Atlantans. I’m not. All the more love for you to enjoy. Please go ahead.
