Brian Block is awesome! After years of being with Geico and paying outrageous premiums, for minimal coverage with super high deductibles — I decided to get a quote from Allstate.
I truly feel blessed to have gotten Brian as an agent. I’m still in disbelief of how much money (we’re talking close to $ 1,000) Brian was able to save me by switching to Allstate. Not only did he save me money — I also have full coverage, minimal deductibles and med pay.
Brian provides top notch customer service, he has always gotten right back to me with any questions I had via email or by phone. When I call his office a REAL LIVE person answers the phone and I don’t get a stupid recording and have to hold for 20 minutes and push all these buttons to get someone on the phone. I NEVER had that personal customer service with Geico.
I have recommended Brian to my friends and he has saved them money as well on their homeowners insurance.

How My Car Was Hit (Part 2 of 4)
My car was an unfortunate victim during a late night trip to the Octopus Bar. After getting the other guy’s insurance info, I ended up here at an Allstate Insurance Agency center.
First things first. This place is a bit hard to find. «Allstate» is not listed on the board outside of the strip mall. You have to drive in, make a right turn, and you’ll see a small «Allstate» sign idly placed in the middle of the parking lot. After parking, take the elevator up and you’ll be where you need to be.
The experience here was fine. Nothing great. Nothing horrible. Generally, it felt like I was dealing with a guy reading through his script, smiling when the script said *smile*, and making forced efforts at «small chat.»
