This little hardware store has much more than you can think of. I personally think that they have all general hardware you need. Parking is small which may take a while to find a space near by. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

You cannot beat the customer service at this Ace Hardware in Buckhead. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The store is conveniently located at Northside Pkwy. and West Paces Ferry and shares a parking lot with Caribou Coffee and Houston’s. This Ace has everything you need and then some! Great selection of home fix-​it supplies and services like mixing paints and making keys. And then they have a great home décor and gift section at the front on the store. I was surprised at the great selection of unique items, such as candles and picture frames — great for last minute gifts!

Sometimes, you need to have endless choices and the cheapest possible prices. For those times, go to Lowe’s or Home Depot.
For me, though, going to Home Depot for a single, common item is just too much hassle.
Whenever I go in to this Ace, I have several people offer to help — and they also know their stuff. This just… doesn’t… happen at Home Depot anymore. *IF* you can find somebody, they often don’t know the answer or act like you are wasting their time.
The shopping experience here is just way better than the nearest Home Depot and for normal stuff, I highly recommend it.
They also have beautiful orchids and what I call «a girlie section» that has cards, fancy gifts, etc. Odd for a hardware store, but cool, I guess, if you need some… potpourri and key lime cookies with your duct tape, wrench, fuel system cleaner and garden hose.
