While the service was good and the coffee was typical for Dunkin, the attitudes that can be heard while they are not servicing customers is outrageous. I came in from out of town and settled in for some homework with their wifi. I ordered a coffee and bagel and it was up to par for Dunkin. While I sat there working I could hear the Manager or shift leader snapping at the workers, belittling them and just having a rude attitude towards all that were under her. I would think as a leader she would be more pleasant but she was not. I think if I am ever in this area again I would not come back and travel to the one further down based on her attitude alone.
