The worst customer service ever. Sized a watch for me. It was a little snug so the NEXT day I went back and asked if they could put one of the links back in. I didn’t tell them how many links to take out. THEY determined that. They wouldn’t do it without getting paid full price again. I left there feeling like I had been scammed. I have given and sent them a lot of business. They are not the only game in town. Any jeweler can sell, resize and put batteries in watches. Bye-bye.

DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE!!! I took my watch in because I thought it needed a new battery. Turns out it is an Citizen ECO drive that just needed to be charged under a light. They tried to charge me $ 65 for a part I didn’t need. Had to wait for them to give me my watch back because they had to put it back together. When I got home I realized that it was no longer ticking. They voided my warranty by opening it and damaged it, and LIED to my face changing their story saying the never opened it. They are INCOMPETENT and LIARS!!! I have now been told by several local jewelers to tell everyone I know to NEVER go to their store.

It’s so hard to explain how disappointed I am with this company. I have actually used them for years, then got out of the habit of wearing a watch(I’ve been using my smart phone) and haven’t visited in at least three years. I decided to have repaired a Citizen Watch that had been laying in a drawer for several years and took it in to It’s About Time for an estimate. The store employee was told that everything was working except for my perpetual calendar, which would not allow me to change the date. I also needed my band repaired. I waited a couple of days for an estimate and was told that I needed a capacitor and that the watch would be buffed, cleaned and band repaired, all for $ 107.00. Not cheap for a watch for which I paid @ $ 275, but it was a price that I was willing to pay. Twice, I was called and told my watch was ready. My first visit back, I was told that my watch was working and clean, but that the date didn’t work. The store employee acted like this was new information and that I was being told something that I didn’t know. I let her know that the watch was brought in because of that issue(and the band) and I was told that it would be repaired for the agreed price of $ 107.00. She went to the back of the store, came back, apologized and told me that she had made a mistake and that the watch wasn’t finished. I was called again a couple of days later and was told that I could pick up the watch. When I arrived, I was told that a mistake had been made again and the part for the watch would arrive late in the week. Today, I received a call and was told that they were not aware of the perpetual date issue and that I would charged another $ 87.00 for repairing the watch… for the reason that I brought it in for repair! I asked to just have my money credited and was told that since they had ordered a part(that did not fix my watch) that I could not have a credit. At this point, they are offering to let me have my watch back, buffed and ultra cleaned, but not fixed for $ 107.00 or give them a total of $ 194.00 for more repairs. I find this to be unacceptable and will not do business with them again. Please be aware that Google Plus has several negative reviews for this business. I chose to ignore the reviews because of my previous transactions, but I am very sorry that I did not trust the judgement of my peers.

there’s one guy who works sales who is really really good. one of the girls though was not nice to me. she was doing her job, but the customer service she gave was undesirable. she looked a lot like miley cyrus and i asked if i could have a link put back into my watch band because when i paid them to do it a couple weeks ago, too many links were taken out and it was uncomfortably tight. so then the girl told me that people try to scam them and without a receipt they were going to have to charge me again for the band sizing. so i asked if she could look up my credit card info and thus see that i had paid them in November to size my band. so im telling her all this and being completely honest and she still insists she’ll have to charge me twice. at that point the guy who sized it the first time came over and said he remembered me and then he took literally 5 seconds and put the link back in and i was outta there! whew! if he had not come over i would have made sure to NEVER go to this store again and i would have made sure none of my friends and family ever go there in the future either.
