Established in 2011.

In 2008 I brought my skills in massage therapy and CranioSacral Therapy to the Central Coast from Ohio. The Central Coast has allowed me to flourish and expand my services in 2011 when I joined Essential Wellness to bring a holistic wellness approach to the community.

Business Owner

Holistic wellness of people and animals has been a passion for me from childhood. My greatest joy is being able to be a partner with my clients as their find their own authentic journey through their pain and emotional traumas to being able to find their own path toward the wellness they want to achieve.

Many careers and my own life changing circumstances prepared me and nurtured me to the place I am today. I believe that we all have more ability to heal than anyone allows us to believe.

My journey includes increasing my skillset with continuing education in modalities that provide my clients with the most up to date methods to complement their processes.

I have been joyfully practicing for many years and am just as enthusiastic today as I ever have been in my life!
