I’ve been coming here close to a year now. I have used several of the services. I’ve done the facials on a regular basis which I LOVE. Idalis handles my face with delicacy and I am always relaxed. I’ve even purchased gift certificates for facials for my friends and family. She’s always honest about the services and what she recommends. Currently I’m doing laser hair removal and body wraps. As far as the laser hair removal, I see better results than when I did the hair removal a couple of years back at another location. Idalis uses an updated machine so, it works better. I’m happy that way, if she is willing to invest in better machines, then I’m willing to invest in the treatments since I will be seeing better results. I am currently doing the body wraps as a «prequel» to the vela shape treatment. Again, it’s a newer machine, hence better results. I was recommended by someone to do the treatments and I saw the results on her. So why not ?! Going under the knife is NOT an option for me. I am one who worries about scarring and anesthetic complications. Granted the vela is pricey, but I prefer this alternative. As With any procedure that involves weight loss, there is a mandatory dedication from the individual. Even with liposuction, you need to do a change in lifestyle; that means engaging in physically being active, proper healthy diet, drinking a lot of water, no smoking, less drinking etc. I have made those changes and I see a great change with me. Aside from FEELING better, I am losing inches and I LOOK better. This is a commitment I made to better my life health wise and I am glad I did. There is nothing wrong in investing in yourself, as you prepare to make that decision, you need to analyze all your options and see which is best for you. I deciding this was the best for me and I do not regret it at all. If you are like me that worries about anesthesia and scarring, then lipo is not the best solution. Save your pennies and do the vela and body wraps with Idalis. She’s honest and if you are happy, so is she. If you are frustrated, so is she. The commitment is between you and her. She’s not there to take your money and do a half ass job. She is there to give you 100% and to make you happy. She is invested as much as you are and that is key in my book.

Extremely happy with the body rejuvenation program, today was my last session, the most important thing was the dedication, education and personalized program, I purchase the program as my new year resolution, included vela shape 3, holistic lifestyle education, juicing and body detoxification. The program is pricey but its definitely a great investment for myself and my body, I rather pay for the program instead of surgery, it’s non invasive and no side effects, I highly recommend it if you want to get ready for the summer!

I love this place. Let me start off by saying that the service here is exceptional. I love the fact that everytime I come they are very professional and friendly. I started coming to Renew a couple of years ago and continue to come for all services. I started with a facial and it was exceptional. I’ve gotten several facials in the past and this has been the best by far. It’s relaxing and painless. Idalis is great at what she does. I also even purchased the laser for my face as well as for brazilian. I started seeing results immediately. I have a couple of sessions left for my laser and I am considering doing my under arms as well. I’ve recommended a couple of friends and family members from out of town to Renew and everytime they come they pay her a visit. I like that I don’t feel like a customer when I come, they are very personable and take their time doing facials and answering any questions one may have.
I will continue to return to renew. I have another appointment coming up in two weeks for a facial for my boyfriend

Beware, I bought a 3 velashape sessions through groupon for $ 99 but when I went to use it they told me I would not see results unless I have at lease 9 treatments which I had to purchase at $ 100 plus per treatment per 1 area only. So when i asked why would they sell only 3 on groupon if it does not work. then asked why they didn’t list that info on groupon, she didn’t have an answer, she continued to say the velashape II machine cost $ 70,000. VERY pushy & tried to sell me over $ 5,000 worth of BS. I called groupon & gave them this information & they immediately refunded my money. DO NOT GO HERE! If you do, prepare to pay. I would rather pay $ 5,000 + & get real liposuction, with a real doctor, with real results that give these swindlers who are not doctors my hard earned money for something that may or may not give results.

Let me begin by saying the place is a whole in the wall, I purchased a Group On Velashape 2 package and was told I am not a candidate for the Velashape because I would’nt cough up or commit to a $ 3,400 package, Now i know my cellulite is not going to go away by a few treatments but I’d rather spend the money on Lipo, and be treated like a Human being not an ATM! BTW One star is error! There should be none!
