Fairly new patient but I will never going back after my last«appointment.» I was expecting some test results from the Doctor and was instructed to call their office to receive them. I tried to call the day he told me to and their phone lines were down all day. I live close by so I just went in to inquire about them instead. The doctor handed me a paper and told me the results and I left. I later receive a bill from him for a full visit for that five minute interaction that ONLY happened because their phones were down. Very shady and unethical. Not to mention there is no way to pay that bill or any other from them besides going into their office and paying with cash or check. No online or by phone option. Very inconvenient. Would recommend avoiding at all costs.

Left work early on a Thursday to go to my doctors appoint at 4pm, got there early, filled out paperwork, got my blood pressure taken, all fine. Sat in waiting room till 5 o’clock with no explanation for the delay. The place was not even busy, actually it was empty. I walked out, couldnt tell you how the doctor was didnt even see his face.

Dr. Zuckman has saved my life quite literally. He is an amazing physician with a holistic approach. He takes the time to examine what might be going on in your life and not just your body that might be causing the problem. He is also funny and down-to-earth. His superwoman administrator Jennifer is a doll. She is the consummate problem-solver, knows her patients well and does all she can to accomodate them. Many times I’ve gotten an appointment the same day with a very short wait. The office is also not far from that fabulous Brooklyn Bagel place I raved about, so grab a bagel and head to Dr. Z’s…just don’t do it on a «blood work» day-if you do, Jennifer will give you the evil eye and Dr. Z will ask you to come back when you have a brain instead of a bagel.
