Psari is Greek for «fish» and inspiration behind our menu. Specializing in quality seafood, Psari combines excellent ingredients and flavors with reasonable prices to bring you a unique meal.
At Psari, we serve a variety of fresh whole fish daily including Snapper, Black Sea Bass, and Porgy. Choose to have your fish grilled and drizzled lightly with olive oil and fresh lemon juice, broiled while sprinkled with garlic and cooked in butter, or fried and dipped in our delicious batter, served crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Whichever you choose, we know you will enjoy our high quality food, huge portions, and fresh ingredients with each order.
What makes Psari different is our Greek flair on seafood. Aside from our fresh fish specialties, we also have mixed seafood platters, great happy hour specials every weekday, and we’re the only restaurant in Astoria to serve authentic King Crab legs.

Owner, John, has been in the industry for seven years.
After wanting to bring real seafood with a new and fresh take on it, John decided to dedicate his life to delivering delicious fish to Astoria. Creating an open and inviting environment for his guests, Psari’s quality of food and comfortable atmosphere are the driving force of the business.
