Description

Specialties

Malama Day Spa is a full service Day Spa in Astoria. We offer a variety of services including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, Shellac manicures/pedicures, eyelash extensions, massage, makeup application & our private UV Free Mystic spray tanning booth.

One of our most popular services are our eyelash extensions by our talented lash artist, Becky. We were the first salon/spa to offer this specialized service in the area. Becky’s talent and years of experience are evident in every service she provides.

Waxing is another service in high demand at Malama. Riki is known for her professionalism & skilled technique. Unlike the «quick rip» brow wax most are used to, her eyebrow shaping is not only pampering & relaxing but includes a thorough consultation to ensure the absolute best shape & desired appearance. She is also sought after for her talent and years of experience with the delicate and challenging brazilian wax.

History

Established in 2010.

Malama Day Spa — Winner of 2010, 2011 & 2013 Best Day Spa by Coast Weekend. Malama, in Hawaiian, means ‘to care’. It encompasses all that we do here. We strive to give the absolute best customer service to each and every one of our clients.

All of our staff here, or Ohana as we call ourselves, are highly educated and passionate about this industry. We are here to take care of all of you.

Malama Day Spa is not your average spa. We work hard to be different than any spa you’ve been to. We are professionally trained and use professional products… but we dont carry that super «professional» price. We’ve worked hard to make our pampering menu affordable. because you are all worth it!
