Kevin’s Moving Service is staffed by professional, honest, reliable movers who genuinely care about customer service. All of our guys are dedicated, courteous professionals with a CAN-​DO attitude.

We have vans, and we have trucks (to 26′); we can do almost any size move: apartments, houses, offices, storage units — you name it! We can also provide labor to load or unload your rental truck or POD, or to move you within the same building or even just next door or across the street. We also do PIANO MOVES expertly (uprights only). We service Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester + long distance service to/​from NJ, PA, Ohio, New England, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia. If you’re moving farther — say, to Florida — shoot us an email and we may be available to do it.

We offer customers professional, courteous, honest service always. Whether 1 box or a 5-​bedroom apartment, entire office or house, customers can expect the same personal service.

History

Established in 1999.

Started with a minivan doing small moves. My goal was to provide customers with excellent, courteous service at very reasonable rates. Over the years, my business has grown tremendously because my goal has always been the same. And I’ve been very fortunate to have many repeat clients and referral customers. 60% of my business is repeat clients and referrals. My customers can count on me for a variety of services, including van moves, truck moves, and labor-​only jobs, as well as piano moves, and long distance moves as far as 500 miles from NYC. And of course still excellent, courteous service at very reasonable rates. Always personal service, no matter how small or large the moving job.

Grew up on Long Island, eventually earned a graduate degree and taught at the college level for a while. Worked with a private mover in college where I learned valuable skills that turned out to be invaluable when I started my moving business. I was raised to have good morals and values and to treat people with respect. I’m fortunate that my crew all have the same good morals and values.
