Jonee gives the best facial around, and I’ve had plenty! She takes special care to understand your needs and concerns and doesn’t rush through the process. The office itself is clean and hygienic! I also spoke with Dr Clarke about other procedures and he was so knowledgeable and wasn’t trying to upsell for the sake of it. The care of the patients is unparalleled and I’m so happy I discovered this hidden Astoria gem!

Here is the update.
What I had was nothing near as you called it «heaviness». Darlings, close both eyes. Now open just ONE. That’s what crooked hands, lack of face muscles proper education was delivered to me in your office.
I learned in a bad way that saving a few bucks by going to places like yours is never a good idea. Been doing procedures since then and trust me, no «heaviness», No Botox traveling to a wrong place, but alive mimic with just right amount of Botox is what I am getting from all my double board certified facial plastic surgeons. In comparison to you, it would be if one walked all life in Payless Shoes and start to wear custom Prada.
Ps. If I did not signed those «pre-​condition» papers I would of sue your office. I still regret not doing so; not to win but to make you suffer as you made me.

I have been a client of Carl’s for 6 years and am completely satisfied each and every visit. I look natural and refreshed! He never tries to add on treatments and always suggests a follow up in 2 weeks to re evaluate and then can add more product if needed, at NO charge. He has given me amazing advise on all treatments. I trust him completely and have sent many friends. These products are not cheap but that is not because of Carl it’s the pharmaceutical industry knowing they can rip everyone off as there is no choice but to use their products.

DO NOT LET HIM USE BOTOX AROUND YOUR MOUTH. I was unable to speak, eat for almost 6 months. As it turns out he should have never suggested botox around the mouth, only fillers. He overdid it and
when I asked for my money back he was very upset and never apologized but after a lengthy argument I did get it back, admitting a huge mistake he made.
Do your research before you let this guy inject you!

A good friend of mine recommend me this place for botox. I had forehead and I was very specific and said — I want my eyebrows still moving after. As a result — they frozen! My both eyelids dropped! I cant even use make up because it make my eyes and my look even worse. I came back for follow up, he gave me additional few shots of something that I couldnt understand and he said to wait for 2 weeks. nothing happened in those 2 weeks. I came back again and he gave me a few more shots and explained that those shots will kick out botox faster. So he admitted the job was done badly. In this last month I cant look at myself in the mirror, people asking me if I feel ok. He know how much Im concern and today another 2 weeks gone — nobody even called me! I will never ever do botox again.

Clarke actually managed to make me look worse after having a cosmetic treatment with him. For some reason the office refers to him as Doctor Clarke. He’s not a doctor. Save your money and your face! Go to a real professional who knows what they are doing

I’ve been working with Carl Clarke since this past summer and my experience has been extraordinary. I’ve only used their laser hair removal services, but I’m curious to see what else they have. Their service is exceptional: I’ve always received a confirmation contact a few days before my service to remind me, I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes for my appointment, and the staff is generally very friendly and accommodating. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable, especially given that they’re located less than 15 minutes outside of Manhattan! I highly recommend using Carl Clarke for laser hair removal.

Nah. The place is okay, but it’s hard to book facials with Camila, and it turns out she’s only doing laser and not facials any more. I bought a 6 pack of facials and had two done with other ladies. They were just not good. One was sloppy and the other one was too tough for me. The marking lasted for like 3 days! I haven’t had any medical treatments done here, so I cannot comment on them.

My experience with Carl and his office was amazing !
I purchased a 20 unit Botox promo through
a while ago, that’s how I found out about this office.
First of all, he did not pressure me into purchasing more product, which I totally appreciate because I know how these promo’s normally work.
Secondly, I did not have to wait, the office staff is really professional and nice.
Thirdly, Dr. Carl really took his time to talk to me and look at my face and notice an area that could use some attention, but also complimented on the features /​areas he thought were great. Again, there was no pressure to sign up for different treatments/​procedures and he absolutely did not make me feel bad about my problem area[s] nor was he rude.
His injection technique was painless and he even used some extra for no cost.
Fast forward a couple of weeks, the results are really great and I could not be more happy.
