How does someone as flaky, dumb and unprofessional as Pearl have a job??? I am furious I wasted my time and thought I had an apartment, only to be told that it had already been rented to someone else because I failed to provide proof of income. Maybe if Pearl had picked up her calls, acknowledged my numerous voice messages, faxes and emails she would’ve seen that all my information was sitting in her office for days! I’m truly disgusted by her lack of respect and her poor work ethic

I have to agree very unprofessional. last week I called to make an apt to check out a 2 bedroom apartment. Pearl told me to call her Saturday morning so she can tell me the time. I was calling Saturday morning aaaaall day and after I texted them I got a response at 10 o’clock at night that the office was closed on Saturday… (So why did you tell me Friday afternoon to call you Saturday morning???) Anyway I decided to give them a second chance today and called and told them that my husband is free today and would like to see the 2 bedroom apt. She says to me ok have him come to our office. My understanding is come to the office and together they would go so she can show him the apartment. Guess what??? My husband calls me telling me that she will only show him the apartment after he has provided our pay stubs and personal information. NO what if I DONT LIKE THE APARTMENT???
This makes no sense I have to see the apartment and if it works for me before giving out that information. So she says to my husband that if we cant prove our income and provide our personal info she CAN’T SHOW US THE apartment. These people are a joke. Don’t waste your time. No wonder they have a 2 bedroom apartment vacant and so cheap. NO ONE WILL RENT IT through their office…

Pearl has been an utter nightmare. I can’t understand how someone so incompetent could still be employed. She refused to give us bedbug reports and had the most incompatible attitude. She was clearly willfully uninformed and had no problems admitting it. «I didn’t even read the lease!» She claimed, when the price was double what was projected.
Never work with them.
