Food was good. Service was fair. Tough to get refills and never got my appetizer. Burgers do not come with a side. So I ordered a side dish and it never arrived. Our server seemed like he may have had to much going on. Sad because the food was good.

Working in Ashland and decided to try the O’Charleys. The place was clean and well managed. The bar tenders were very friendly and service was exceptional. I know their were a couple of negative comments a while back but this place has obviously been turned around. The appetizers were very good and fried chicken salad was fresh and taste. Will definitely be back.

Hot Entrée’s were cold when served. Hard to get refills on endless Salad/​Soup. Drink re-​fills were non-​existent.
They did realize that it was bad service and did take some off of the bill — probably paid a fair amount for the food/​service.

The food is pretty good, but more on the cost-​effective side. They have great deals on their appetizers and especially their alcoholic drinks. I highly suggest this if you want to go out for a good night and not spend a lots of money.

My wide and I have been here a few times and we always hope that it will improve. Instead, it always disappoints. The service is ok, but that’s where it stops. The food is bland, the salads are drenches in dressing, even the soup isn’t good. I had a pepper steak soup that was primarily pepper to the point that it hurt to eat it. After this visit, we have written off o’charley’s for good.
